Their offense is not as good right now as it was in that game. Agree completely, Kelce has fallen off a cliff. He looks old, chubby and slow out there. Gray is the bigger threat. Quote

Nothing is “irrefutable” in hindsight. But yes, we would’ve won if we would’ve had some of our young studs out there. Quote

Warriorspikes51 Posted November 18 Posted November 18 Pacheco's running style is the fuel for their offense IMO. If he had played, last night could have gone differently Quote

Using injuries as an excuse is sad, teams have injuries all the time. I am not disputing the Bills were at a large disadvantage at LB and CB, they were but they could have won that game and also, they could have lost yesterday. When these teams play it is close. You call winning a game against a team you lost to last year in a certain manner "irrefutable" evidence they would have won last year as some kind of analysis? Some players are different, some coaches are different, the injury situations are different. The premise of this thread is outrageous, nothing that happened yesterday shows what might have been different last year. Every game in the NFL is a unique entity. To the bolded, can you show where I said there was no irrefutable evidence we would not have won? My point is it has no relevance. I pointed out you dismissed a view or conclusion because it lacked irrefutable evidence. I didn’t address any conclusion you made about outcomes. I rejected your standard. Quote

The defense didn't lose the game last year, the offense did. They scored 7 points in the entire 2nd half. They won the time of possession battle 37 minutes to 23 minutes and they won the turnover battle, and they still only scored 24 points. Quote

GASabresIUFan Posted November 18 Posted November 18 (edited) Irrefutable proof that..... 1) The Bills can beat anyone in the NFL at any time except Balitmore. 2) That Shakir and Bernard are the two best Bills players not named Josh Allen 3) Josh Allen is the most entertaining player in the NFL 4) This team is actually getting better week by week and just wait until they get healthy 5) Curtis Samuel lives. 6) The officiating remains terrible in the NFL. harmonkillebrew Posted November 18 Posted November 18 Need to see their healthy O (Rice, Pacheco, etc) matched up against our healthy D (Milano, Bernard, ...) to make the call. Probably wont' ever happen. But I did like hanging 30 on them even without Kincaid, Keon and Brown. Winning by two scores is a sign that we've potentially finally passed them. Quote

All_Pro_Bills Posted November 18 Posted November 18 While the line blocking for the running game, minus Allen, was nothing to get excited about the difference maker for me was how the Bills offensive line picked up and handled the Chiefs blitz package. 1 Quote
