It was a regular season game in an opposing team's stadium. Not sure why anyone expected her to show up. That guy that went on Kay Adams show likely just made up some story for clicks and views. Highly unlikely he knows anyone in Taylor Swift's circle.

Swift gets whisked from her limo up to a private suite, where by all indications she had quite a good time in there.  This clown makes it sound like she walked all the way from the parking lot and got pelted with empty labatts blue cans for refusing to drink out of the bowling ball.

I have no problem with Taylor Swift - she can go to any ball game she wants to. Last January, she and the Kelce's seemed to have a great time and Jason became a fan favorite.  She was well-protected, safely chauffeured in and out with an entourage.  The article-writer seems to be making more of it than truly exists.

It never ceases to amaze me that people get so worked up about Taylor Swift. Grown men working themselves into an absolute lather over the fact that a TV broadcast occasionally shows a pop star in a luxury box.

What does she do to upset people so much? Sit in a chair and watch her boyfriend play football? Get excited after big plays? Smile?

She is literally just a human person who is watching a football game. I cannot for the life of me understand how her presence triggers so many men.

For the "well we just see too much of her! They're forcing her down our throats!" crowd: Does her being shown for (at most) a collective 80 seconds of a 3.5 hour broadcast really bother you that much? Does it bother you more or less than seeing the same Applebee's and Draftkings commercials 79 times per game? Does it bother you more or less than all the camo and flyovers and "salute to service" stuff?

Does the presence of a pop star at the game really sully the sacred football viewing space so much that it warrants such irritation and hatred from people? Just feels like very thinly veiled misogyny to me. Men who are infuriated by the sight of a happy, successful, rich woman enjoying herself. God forbid!

I'm old enough to remember watching 2 hours of Tedi Bruschi's wife's live reaction to the game play we were missing.  I can handle 5 seconds of TayTay in a broadcast.  It really hasn't been that bad since the first game she attended against the Jets last year.  The networks acknowledged that they had gone overboard and have toned it down since.  I'd rather look at her than Fireman Ed or some other "super fan".

Absolutely. In the games she's actually attended this year, they really haven't shown her much. I'd be shocked if it's more than a collective 25 seconds in the entire broadcast. As you said...beats the hell out of Fireman Ed, Bills Elvis, or the 14th extreme-closeup of Andy Reid's snotty walrus mustache.

first of all Taylor Swift would add credit and pub to local establishments if she were to come to town if ever to visit WNY again. . On that level I'd have wanted her to come.

I think it's a cumulative effect of overexposure all over social media though. It's truly is pervasive and a good Tay Tay filter would do me good just sayin'

My wife, who loves Taylors music, told me previously that Swift's team made the decision earlier this year to no longer attend away games due to security issues.

I agree. It's not like she's obnoxious, throwing waters on fans, etc like Mahomes wife. She literally just goes to games to watch her boyfriend play, like so many other fans. The only difference is, the networks can't help themselves and put her on tv. She doesn't control that. Should she be forced to watch games at home because people don't want to see them show her on TV?
