TFBillsfan Posted November 18 Posted November 18 What a great time for a bye week and a chance to reflect: -Bills 9-2 (One game behind KC with Bills owing tiebreaker) -Hoping the break gives Coleman, Kincaid, Brown, Cooper and Milano the opportunity to get healthy. -After 11 games, I’m sure the entire team has some bumps and bruises that will benefit from a late bye week. -What a week for Samuel to contribute! Everybody eats just added an extra plate on the table! -Bills RB room of Cook, Davis and Johnson is really solid. Would like to add some more creativity but the running game is working. -Shakir has really come into his own! -DL against KC was really strong! Hoping they play like this going forward! -So many contributions by multiple players -Kudos to Beane for creating a solid roster in a year that many thought the Bills would take a step back. Adding Cooper was a great get! -Tip of the hat to McDermott! He has the team playing well with two new coordinators. -Josh is a generational talent and such a warrior. Going forward, there’s not a game on their schedule they can’t win. Have really enjoyed the season thus far. Get healthy, stay healthy and keep stacking wins! ENJOY THE RIDE BILLSMAFIA! Sunday night after the bye week against the Niners should be another dynamic environment! 7 4 3 1 Quote

Don't forget Carter. Beane deserves that credit too. Rookies are contributors, the balls to pull the trigger on the Diggs trade, then going and getting cooper. He's done well. billsfan89 Posted November 18 Posted November 18 I always love a late season bye week. A bye after week 10 is always optimal esp in the era of only one team getting a post season bye. For the Bills I wouldn't say they were "hurting for a bye" but the bye is going to allow some key players to come back healthy (Coleman, Carter, Kincaid, and Milano to name a few) and give some guys nursing longer term injuries a chance to get better for the rest of the season and playoffs. 1 2 Quote

78thealltimegreat Posted November 18 Posted November 18 If I were a betting man I’d bet the Chiefs cover after they get a hold of the Panthers after what happened tonight. Quote

gonzo1105 Posted November 18 Posted November 18 I think it’s good for A Health obviously and B. We are on a big win. This will allow the team to come back down before another really good yet struggling team comes in in SF. I will say I like how it sets up for the Bills tho. SF had Seattle today and then has to go to GB next week for a big conference matchup halfway across the country before returning home to travel all the way back 1 Quote
Nelius Posted November 18 Posted November 18 It’s good for my health, better for theirs. Telling your boss oh it was a Bills game last night doesn’t seem to have much impact when you’re working out of Durango, Colorado. I personally think they just need to get on board. Looking forward to James Cook getting 12+ rushing TDs after the break and more people talking about it. AFC Kamara. Quote
Process Posted November 18 Posted November 18 Looking at the 49ers schedule, I'm not sure they even make the playoffs. Should be a fun game after the bye, which is coming at a great time. Quote

I'm one of the only remote employees left at my NYC startup (recently got acquired by a much larger, well-funded startup), and I'm like an intriguing gimmick to them with my Buffalo shtick. I would feel comfortable logging in a little later tomorrow if I needed to (they don't need to know I sold my tickets to a friend). But I put my 2nd grade daughter on the bus each morning either way, so might as well get to work early and show all the youngins I work with how it's done. Quote
