They'll overturn it, saying he didn't have possession before the second foot came down. But that's not correct. He caught the ball, with one foot down and then the second came down.

They were on the line about 20 seconds early when they wanted KC to jump Offside.  Instead of trying to push the game clock and force anxiety, they come early and make it obvious they don't want to snap the ball.

Yes.  Stay with the original call unless to do so would hurt the Chiefs.

I thought it looked out when it first happened. The Bills shouldn't have substituted personnel which caused the refs to force them to wait to snap the ball. They could have beaten the challenge.
