one missed kick or unsuccessful 4th down conversion by the Chiefs from our 40-ish yard line (where they would have tried the FG with Butker in) could very well be the difference in this game.

 

Sucks for them, but…. oh freaking well!!!

On Spencer Shrader - He was a UDFA from Notre Dame. He was only 15 of 22 (68.2%) his final year there.

 

For the Jets - Against Houston he made 3 of 3 XPs, no FG attempts. Against Arizona he made 2 of 2 FGs, from 25 yards and 45 yards.

While it is worrisome, that could lead to some big momentum shifts if we can stop those (which we have been good at this year).

Wouldn't surprise us.  The replacement will probably turn in to the next Harrison Butker.  But let's see it.  That's a lot of pressure to have Reid, Mahomes, Kelce, Jones, etc, staring at you to make a big end of game kick.
