It is worth fighting for. I am not saying this game does not matter. Not saying that at all. I am just saying it isn't a prize worth taking any unnecessary injury risks with players nursing things.

Repeat after me Gunner:

We are going to win this game. We are going to take the 1 seed. It is going to happen.

We need to manifest this and I can’t do it alone 😂

Homie just doesn't want to play.

His hand is in a cast. You think he just plastered that thing up himself and is lying about an injury? A WR in a cast is going to miss some time. Has nothing to do with him not "wanting" to play. If he plays in a cast like this thread implies, that assertion you made is even more ridiculous.

The win loss record or seeding should never be a factor in a player returning from injury. Either they are fit to play, or the aren't. The Bills are usually really good about that.

I generally agree. The exceptions being win or go home games when you might push a guy. This isn't that so they should be cautious.

Thank goodness we have a bye coming up.. for our collective livers ofc

I always like getting the bye later in the season.  It will serve us very well for the home stretch - we have quite a few guys who just need a week off.

Neat, where's it in a cast? show me a picture. Im sure some guy from cheektawaga knows more than the head coach of the team, who says "he's been cleared to play"

It was a direct quote from Cooper himself saying he plans on playing in a cast on Sunday.

Spittin' bars as usual.

Every year the fanbase treats the Chiefs regular season game like it's the Super Bowl. And every year, win or lose - it's meant absolutely nothing.

At 8-2 with a 5 game lead on the Division, we're in a position where we could lose more games than we win down the stretch and it would still take an absolute miracle to not take the Division and be one of the Top 4 seeds.

This game should be treated like any other game before the Bye. Put your healthy players on the field and their best effort forward. But having key players like Coleman, Cooper, Kincaid, and Brown as healthy as they can be for when it matters is WAY more important than 1 regular season game with the Chiefs. If there's any risk to reinjure or make things worse with key players that are under 100% - give them this week and the Bye off.

I'm right beside you Einstein.  This game does mean a lot.  If McD had to give A Cooper a push, so be it, good job.  If Cooper needs a break for his wrist, the last 3 games of the season would be a much better time.

And for those railing on A Cooper for his subdued behavior, remember the Bills were actively trying to get a non-uniform top tier WR.  The normal top tier of WRs are mostly divas - the Diggs or D Adams of the world.   A Cooper's playing, and hopefully contributing, through pain could really help accelerate his locker room presence.

And while several upstream had said his value may take a hit by putting on tape a subpar (for him) performance, his value to the Bills FO rises significantly.

That isn't how injuries work I'm afraid. His wrist is hurting now. Not in 5 weeks.

I’d rather he sit out if he’s not 100%. It’s a big game sure but no bigger rn than any other game on our schedule. The 1 seed is cool to have but I’d rather have as healthy a roster as possible when we face the Ravens/Chiefs in the playoffs
