" 😃 Romo said again and again that the Bills need to go win this game and not play conservatively which other teams tried mistakenly. That last drive was aggressively called and the Bills snatched the victory as opposed to hoping to luck into it 1 1 1 1 Quote

I do think they will do all they can on Shakir extension and so far from his personality, nothing suggests Shakir wanting out of Buffalo if the deal is fair. Cooper? He's a professional mercenary in my mind and he'll be 31 next June. He'll probably go to the highest bidder and then be a trade candidate during the season like Hopkins. If I were Beane, a stout 1 tech DT that can step in to play right away would be high on my FA list this off season. Jones is obvious in decline. The ability to hold up at the point of run attack by D Line is probably the weakest point of the entire Bills team. I'd certainly draft another receiver who can play X or Z using one of my top 3 picks. Quote

stlbills13 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Semi off topic but this WR group is so good. Not super super talented but you have: - Experienced WR in Cooper who can get open, make tough catches, etc. Potentially the go to guy when everything is going wrong - The YAC, "just gets open" guy in Shakir - The guy who can make contested catches and who continues to get better each week (hope that continues after the injury) in Coleman - The guy who does all the dirty work but you also have to respect in Hollins - A guy who is getting more and more usage and getting healthier in Samuel You are probably missing that speedster deep threat but I'm also not sure that's a major part of Brady's offense. Again, this group just checks the boxes. You don't have an all-pro but the group just makes sense. 3 Quote
Blackbeard Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago (edited) You get Coop, Kincaid, Coleman and Samuel.... OH.. and SHAKIR all together in one game, with a little time to gel, and you have a helleva receiving core. And I should mention Hollins, cause that dude is BALLING out when we need him. Hollins can play. Edited 23 hours ago by Blackbeard 1 Quote

If he’s feeling joy and acceptance, those can be powerful things. Quote
Bockeye Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Is the narrative of “Beane needs to surround Allen with more talent” dead? It is in my opinion. You can way overspend on offensive weapons to the detriment of other positions. I think where we are sitting is just right. 1 Quote

This season has also been a great example of how Allen truly does elevate the skill players around him. This allows Bean to be mindful of the bank. This is also the flexibility that Mahomes gives the Chiefs. Quote
