Too many injuries among our pass catchers.  Our linebackers get abused all day with the misdirection game and Kelce is inexplicably wide open all day.

yep, something like that.  injuries matter.  Mcduffie will shut shakir down and that leaves like no one to throw to if Cooper, Coleman and Kincaid all sit, which seems likely

In another thread, I said I expected to lose this weekend.  But now I'm having trouble living with myself so, against all reason, I need to change directions...

I was at Arrowhead a few years ago when we drubbed them 38-20.   History repeats itself on Sunday.

Bills: 38

Chiefs: 20

I think there is a strong chance the Bills get a major reality check in the form of a pre-bye beat down.  The Chiefs will bring their A game.  But I'm still going

Bills 24

Chiefs 21

Because KC needs to lose.

This will be a tough game, but if we have a productive Cooper, that will mitigate some of it.  Knox is fine for a game vs. Kinkaid, lean heavy on the run, and our defense looks like it’s getting healthier.  Let’s cross fingers, say thanks to our lucky charms, and maybe we get Milano back for the 9ers.

It will great to be 9-2, vs. 9-1 for the Chiefs.  Between the Chargers, Browns, Steelers, and Broncos, someone can grip them up.  Harbaugh is a great coach, the Broncos are legit, the Browns finally got rid of Watson, and I can’t believe I’m saying it, but the Steelers finally have an offense.  I was surprised they beat the Commanders in Washington.

Close, back-and-forth, defensive slugfest. Lack of Kincaid and Coleman hurts against an elite defense, and the Bills have to settle for field goals repeatedly. Last team with the ball wins it. Either Butker hits the game winning kick or Bass misses the game winning kick.

**Before you yell at me: I think this is the year that the Chiefs win in the regular season and then the Bills beat them in the playoffs.

This is a very reasonable take.  I could see the Bills losing here, but pulling out all the stops in the playoffs with a healthy Kincaid, Coleman, Cooper, Brown, and Milano and winning the game.  Even if the Bills win here, the Chiefs are still likely to get the #1 seed, so they're still potentially going to Arrowhead in January and that's clearly the more important game of the two.  The timing of the schedule is not favorable to the Bills in this one - they have a number of day-to-day/week-to-week injuries and with the bye week approaching, the smart thing to do may be to get these guys fully healthy with the long break rather than rushing them back for Sunday and jeopardizing their health down the stretch.

All this said, I would not be shocked if the Bills won this game either.

This is a tough one.  Somehow think Bills pull it out.  You already know what will happen in the playoffs....

Chiefs 26 Bills 25*

*After taking a 25-24 lead with 13 seconds left, the Bills opt to go for 2 to extend the lead to a field goal, only to have Josh Allen throw an interception to Trent McDuffie who returns it back for a Chiefs 2-pointer.

really?  Their offense has been subpar all season.

It's more an indication not our defense than their offense. Plus we know they will get a few well timed calls that extend drives.
