They are down to the original, legendary Brooklyn Ave. location. If you are going all out with Burnt Ends, I suggest you make their traditional fries on the side. Fresh, hand cut Russets, skin on, cooked in lard. Excellent idea!!! Will do. We went to the Brooklyn Ave. location. 1 Quote

Sunday home game but 430 start time... do I go with the "Its about the place and the day" and do roast beef... or does the time factor into it... I honestly dont know... Like, if I forsake the Roast Beef... do I blow the mojo and lose the game for us... or If I force roast beef into a 430 start do I blow it because it wasnt 1pm... I am honestly open to any thoughts here... please... I say go for the roast beef. For me the game starts at 10:25pm, so I'm gonna have Sunday dinner with the kids from the Indian restaurant across the street. Rice, chicken curry, dal, and a very greasy/delicious fried bread they call batura. Then watch the 2nd half of Steelers-Ravens, and drink a Jim Beam and Coke to power up for the game... 3 Quote

Delicious elbow macaroni cooked together with some scrambled eggs and just a splash of pickle juice. That's some mojo in a meal! not enough will understand this one at the same time, any understanding it is too many. Edited November 14 by NoSaint 1 1 Quote

hondo in seattle Posted November 14 Posted November 14 I lived in KC for a year. Overall, I didn't find the food scene there as diverse or appealing as the food scene in major west coast cities. BBQ in KC, however, was awesome. Burnt ends were my favorite thing to order at KC's many excellent BBQ restaurants. I'm too lazy and untalented to make them myself and not sure if I can find good burnt ends where I now live. I'll have to look. So, does anyone have any ideas for what i can eat? Keep in mind that i am not technologically sound in the kitchen and in fact, when i am making my own food, my diet consists of mostly sandwiches and something i can whip together in less than 10 minutes. Help me.......please. If you can operate a microwave... burnt ends from Costco. Quote

machine gun kelly Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Beef on Weck, traditional style as the restaurant in Westchase (Tampa Master planned community) as one of the two owners is from Buffalo, but he makes it with prime rib. It’s a huge Kaiser roll I have to cut it in half as it’s too big to pull off all of it at one sitting. That couple with Half and Half ( any good irishman doesn’t dirty his beer with British beer in. Black & Tan). Guinness and Harps. I always tell the owner to put on extra salt as they tone it down for Tampa people don’t know it’s the signature Buffalo delicacy. 1 1 Quote
