It’s a huge Kaiser roll I have to cut it in half as it’s too big to pull off all of it at one sitting. That couple with Half and Half ( any good irishman doesn’t dirty his beer with British beer in. Black & Tan). Guinness and Harps. I always tell the owner to put on extra salt as they tone it down for Tampa people don’t know it’s the signature Buffalo delicacy. That sounds amazing!!! Quote

HIT BY SPIKES Posted November 16 Author Posted November 16 Just gave the pork ribs and beef short ribs a turnover in their marinating freezer bags at the back of the fridge. Smell awesome. Early tomorrow morning I will go purchase whatever I don't have in the kitchen for the Kansas City BBQ Sauce and some large Russet Potatoes for the accompanying fries. Weather for Sunday Morning is forecast to be sunny and beautiful so smoking the ribs on the Big Green Egg is a go. 1 1 Quote

The roll is so key & since living out West for almost 20 years, I haven't found any rolls close in Cali or Idaho like they are WNY,same with DiCamillo bread. Enjoy! 😋 1 Quote

I thought Mac & Cheese with Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce would settle your stomach for the game. @Sweats if your not a good cook just get the straight store bought mac n cheese and follow directions. Then you could boil a couple of hot dogs for 8-10 minutes (maybe Nathan's), cut up into pieces and mix right into the mac n cheese and boom you have a mac n cheese casserole ! 1 Quote

Sunday home game but 430 start time... do I go with the "Its about the place and the day" and do roast beef... or does the time factor into it... I honestly dont know... Like, if I forsake the Roast Beef... do I blow the mojo and lose the game for us... or If I force roast beef into a 430 start do I blow it because it wasnt 1pm... I am honestly open to any thoughts here... please... You my friend are complicated Make it as usual just slice and warm the au jus and horseradish on the side. Perhaps some sourdough for dipping 2 Quote

They are down to the original, legendary Brooklyn Ave. location. If you are going all out with Burnt Ends, I suggest you make their traditional fries on the side. Fresh, hand cut Russets, skin on, cooked in lard. I sourced 3 Russet Potatoes that weigh 2+ lbs each. NO lard however. I can't do that to myself although it was a stable in our Northern Italian family after the annual butchering of a couple of pigs in the basement for salami, sausage, etc. Going to deep fry the skin on fries outside in peanut oil. 1 Quote
HerdMentality Posted Sunday at 05:47 AM Posted Sunday at 05:47 AM I could tell you it’s burnt ends, or chicken wings, or deep dish pizza,,, but ultimately don’t believe it. Because it’s the Kansas City shuffle. 1 Quote

So freaking tender you can pull the bones out of the flats. Beers including wild ale, sour and some regular brews. Utz dill pickle potato chips.
