Sweats Posted Wednesday at 12:31 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:31 PM As most of you may know, i eat whatever my wife makes whether its gameday or not, however, my wife is going to an Opera on late Sunday afternoon which means i have to make my own dinner for the game. So, does anyone have any ideas for what i can eat? Keep in mind that i am not technologically sound in the kitchen and in fact, when i am making my own food, my diet consists of mostly sandwiches and something i can whip together in less than 10 minutes. To go with your mac and cheese: I think the easiest thing to cook, something that anyone can do is... a steak. Buy a good ribeye or whatever cut you like. Heat up your thickest skillet for a few minutes on high, add a knob of butter and put the steak in there, sprinkle salt on top. Turn it a few times while it develops a nice crust. After 6-7 minutes throw it on a board. Done. Less than ten minutes start to finish. And if it's not done enough, throw it back in the pan for a couple minutes.
