Or for the American people, depending on who you're cheering for.

Not your side, that’s for sure.

What we knew for a long time, finally found to be true by a federal judge:

They. Are. Lying.

“It’s a sad day when the federal government would fire a good employee and say it’s based on performance when they know good and well that’s a lie,” Alsup said. He pointed to employees who were told they were fired for cause despite stellar performance reviews. “That should not be done in our country,” he said. “It was a sham to avoid statutory requirements.”

Alsup also criticized the Justice Department for what he characterized as attempts to stonewall the challengers in their attempts to gather more details about the firings, including attempts to depose acting OPM Director Charles Ezell.

It’s nice that at least some guardrails of democracy haven’t been destroyed yet. Though with the apes like MTG shrieking about recalling judges, who knows how much longer they’ll last

The firing - then subsequent reinstatement - of thousands of people just SCREAMS efficiency. Well done President Musk. Well done.

So now a second federal judge orders the feds to reinstate all the fired employees.
Once again, demonstrating that DOGE’s actions are illegal.

Hardly.

Once again proving that some federal judges don’t mind overstepping their bounds.

and that many lemmings here cannot wait to swallow it.

As soon as Trump is for/against it, they’re automatically and immediately against/for it.

Can you explain how they’re “overstepping their bounds?”

Okay so you have no idea how judicial review works. Neat.

”All judges should be completely in lockstep with the president” sounds a bit like a dictatorship to me.

Oh but I do.

Trying to explain things to someone with a closed mind such as yours is a waste of my time and the other posters.

That is why i typed "to you, no"

Meanwhile, back at the DOGE thread:

That’s an absolutely atrocious interpretation of Article II.

“Congress may, by Law, vest the Appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.”

DOGE is a failure.

I thought the constitution was a "living document" that needs different interpretations that keep up with modern times?
