That’s typically to be avoided in government contract work and the ethics ostensibly found therein.

Rooting out decades of malfeasance brought on by all of Washington both D and R is what interests me. That the matter is being driven by Trump and Musk is what bothers many, more so than the waste, fraud, and corruption. That’s weird to me. I'd like to add that "how this money was spent" IS transparent, and it's all in the budget that THE REPUBLICANS wrote, unless you mean USAID, which is less than 1%.
