James Cook off left tackle for four yards. There is no fumble, nor is their a possibility of a fumble because he's been tackled. Nantz: "And there's Cook falling ahead for about four." Romo: "Oh boy, I dunno Jim, does this ball get knocked loose?!" And this is what I imagine Nantz's inner monologue might be like sometimes: "What?! No, you frickin' jaggaloon! He carried it for four yards and got tackled, nothing else is going on, stop making stuff up!" 1 Quote
Johnnycage46 Posted November 11 Posted November 11 I hate Romo and Nantz on KC games...it borders on Collinsworth slobbering 1 Quote

I prefer the Harlan/Green duo, but the majority of commentating teams are far worse to listen to than Nantz and Romo. Nantz is, however, my favorite golf commentator Quote
strive_for_five_guy Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Love Josh, and love Romo and Nantz. So really don’t mind when they gush about him. Quote
Beast Posted November 11 Posted November 11 I wish we could have Mowins or Collinsworth for this game. 2 Quote

Speaking of awful commentators, I watched a few minutes of Minnesota -Rutgers on Saturday and whoever was calling that game made Joe Buck sound excited. It was the most competitive game on network TV at the time, but they were so uninteresting I changed the channel Edit: looked it up, it was Jac Collinsworth and Michael Robinson Edited November 12 by co_springs_billsfan 1 Quote
The Cincinnati Kid Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Personally I cannot stand Jim Nantz for NFL games and NCAA basketball. I know he quit the Final Four, which is good. He is exceptional for Golf and does that better than anyone. He just isn’t good for football. He has no umph or gusto. My opinion is Kevin Harlan and Gus Johnson are the best play-by-play guys on National Broadcasts. Quote

GoBillsForeverAndAlways Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Nantz, Romo, and Wolfson are a great team for this game imo. Gonna be something to see! Quote
