Even though they are undefeated, they look like a team that is disinterested in regular season results. And after last year, why would they care?

Went into Buffalo and Baltimore and won.

All of the pressure is on us & Baltimore to win it all. Both teams with Elite QB's. Both teams that can't get by Mahomes.

Uh Huh Ok GIF by Bengals

If we come out in soft zone & don't adjust until halftime, we'll have a hard time keeping them under 30. Hopefully we come out like we did vs Seattle.

I like our chances as long as we have at least Cooper back, but I'm quietly mentally preparing myself to have my heart ripped out by the refs at the end of the game.

I also think the Chiefs don’t play their SB in the regular season. I’d be willing to bet they learn a lot from regular seasons matchups with Ravens/Bengals/Bills without putting a huge emphasis on winning that game. Like definitely try to, but know it’s the battle and not the war.

This is so true. How many times have they go up two scores on bad competition then ease up? They don’t show anymore of their playbook than necessary to get the job done. Then in the playoffs they pull things out that opponents have not seen all year. Smart really.

Aura….didn't the Chiefs sign him off the Bills’ practice squad?

No, they traded them the pick.

Problem I see is our pass rush. Cant get to a Colts quarterback with 3 rookie O line men rushing 4. Mahomes will tear you apart.

Might as well drop 9 into coverage at the rate the DL is getting to the QB.

I’m actually planning to be so pissed by the 3rd quarter that I won’t have any expectations of winning so the refs doing what they do won’t matter to me.

I think the key to winning this game is finding a way to get to 30 points. The Chiefs have scored 30 points once this season and it took them until OT against the Buccaneers to reach that. On the flip side, it was said on the radio today in Bills post game that the Chiefs defense have held their opponents to less than 30 points in 28 straight games. So, what gives? Do you all think we win if we get to 30 points? It's gonna be a great game. Let's see how it plays out. Go Bills!!!

Thank you for the jinx with this thread!

"Aura" is a big factor in winning games.  They've got it.  No one else does.

If they hadn't won 3 SB's, they'd be a middlin' team this year, and have 3-4 losses.  But aura is carrying them.

Ya, this is wild, especially cause you're actually serious.

Have you played football at any level? I've been in a few locker rooms, can't name 1 time that aura was ever said , let alone being a factor..

I want to win, but with the bye after, if we sit some guys that need it I’m fine with that. The last 4 games have been within 7 points.  It should be a one score game. To me the only news story that would surprise me or that I really care about is if either team wins by more than 7. We don’t want to see evidence of them separating. Past that our health will matter a lot more to the one that matters most in the playoffs. This isn’t our Super Bowl.

Man y'all just trying to jinx us.

Honestly Everytime we win in reg season we lose to them in playoffs.

Rather lose to them in reg season

and, when we lose to them in the regular season we also lose to them in the playoffs ;)  (see the 2020 season)

At the pro level - it's a thing. In every major sport.

We've seen it for decades. Teams self-destructed against the dynasty Pats - consistently.
