I'm sorry, it's the last 3 meetings. 2022 regular season they only scored 20. 2023 regular season, they scored 17 and the divisional round of the playoffs last year, they scored 27. Those are the last 3 meetings and they were below 30 every time. It's actually been 4 of the last 5 meetings. They 2021 regular season they scored 20 with the 2021 divisional game sandwiched in between those. But 4 of the last 5, the Chiefs have scored less than 30 including the last 3 Edited November 11 by Buffalo03 Quote
CaseyatBat Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Good stat. They seem to be really struggling this season. 9-0 but yeah, really struggling as that stat shows Quote

They play really tough defense, and when the defense needs someone to pick them up, they turn to Mahomes. Great combination. I think the Bills simply aren't at their level, yet. I think they're a year away. I think the Bills need to plug in a really good defensive talent somewhere. I was hoping it would be Bishop, and maybe he's like Bernard - he needs his rookie season to get up to speed. I hope they'll acquire someone special in the off season, ideally a stud d lineman. Then the Bills will look like the Chiefs do now - great defense, with a quarterback and an offense that demoralizes the opponent. 3 hours ago, Ethan in Cleveland said: Division winners and AFC East vs AFC West rotation. Brady and Manning used to play every year for the same reason. I'm sure the Pats and Colts fans hated it, but the rest of the country loved it. Pats-Colts was always a must-see game. 1 1 Quote

There's not a significant difference in the D's right now (17.8 PPG vs 19.3 PPG). Quote

corta765 Posted November 11 Posted November 11 They have scored 27-26-26-28-27-30 in 6 of their 9 games played which still has them at a clip of 27 ppg and overall on the year their still top 10 for ypg and ppg. They have also had some truly serious injuries on offense to the way the Bills have had recently at WR. Their defense certainly is carrying more of the water this year and truthfully they should probably be 7-2.... which would still make them the top seed in the AFC. KC is like the Pats of the past its a 60 minute game and to beat them you gotta be really clean across the board. Quote

JP51 Posted November 12 Posted November 12 The Bills can definitely win this game... the issue will be that their Defense I think is way more complete than ours and their offense wont be missing Key players. We need to play all 60 minutes and they need to not be at their absolute best. I worry on Defense about out Safety play and our inability to stop the run... and of course the inability to get to the QB with 4. This will make it easy on Mahomes for sure. Josh will need to be the Super Hero if we win. Quote
Goin Breakdown Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Both teams will come in focused on proving something. Chiefs D is top in the league. Bills offense likes to take its time getting going in the first half. They will try running the ball more in effort to kill the clock and keep Mahomes off the field. Can the Bills D stop Mahomes and Co. enough to keep it close until Buffalo wakes up in the 3rd quarter? Can Buffalo score enough points while missing a couple key pass catchers? the chiefs haven't scored more than 30 this year. So I'm predicting that will change on Sunday. The Refs will play a part in some key situations benefitting KC. Whatever the score is I'm predicting that KC and the NFL win by 1-3 points. Quote
