There are few former players I listen to or respect. MJD has been putting together coherent statements recently, however

What does this mean. Cover 0 is basically designed to get you a free runner no matter the protection. How do you not “struggle” against cover 0 as an OL. If you give up an extra free runner (seems hard cause they are sending so many) is it really much of a difference than having one free runner?  All this to say beating cover 0 is about having hot reads and not the OL.
