An upset of the Cowboys here, a blowout of dolphins there. even an OT loss to Atlanta was exciting. Gotta disagree here. I didn't even bother watching a lot of that mess. The only thing I liked better about it is that I spent a lot more fall days outside than sitting on my ass watching TV. 2 Quote

Just as well, rest up during bye and get ready to roll after. Bills are not losing this game on Sunday, you can just feel it. Look for no Kincaid, Coleman, Cooper, or Brown--and no injuries at all, not one, on the Chiefs. Oh, and they have Pacheco back. 3 Quote

Overall: Teams with a positive turnover margin win about 70% of the time Turnover margin of two: Teams win 83.9% of the time Turnover margin of three or more: Teams win 90.7% of the time The Chiefs unfortunately break the trend, because of course they do. They have a negative turnover differential on the year - 1.3 giveaways per game, 0.9 takeaways per game. The only other team that has a winning record with a negative turnover differential is Atlanta at 6-4. The Chiefs being 9-0 with a negative turnover differential is simply absurd. Throw out all the rules when you're talking about KC. Bad LT, top two WRs are out, #2 CB is out, negative turnover differential, the QB is probably having the worst season of his career. Somehow none of it matters. Edited November 13 by HappyDays 2 1 1 Quote

Hope the Bills can help him out with a nice "L" 1 Quote

They're situationally solid esp on offense Mahomes is still 5th in success rate and their offense 8th in net EPA/play despite his turnovers Their defense is probably a little overrated tbh at least by the advanced stats Just a fundamentally sound team, they are 100% the new Patriots 1 Quote

Win the division, get the two seed, play a couple home games in the playoffs. If we play it smart When we see these guys in the playoffs We'll have Milano, Carter, Keon, a healthy Amari. Totally different team. That’s assuming no one else gets hurt- we know that’s an impossibility Quote

When that team NEEDS a 1st down, a stop, anything, someone comes up big. Every. Single. Time. Edited November 13 by uninja Quote
Steptide Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Is Cooper checked out? Seriously what's the dudes deal? I get that he might not be 100%, but not sure I've ever heard of wrist pain keeping someone out this long. Ps, I know he's not ruled out for Sunday, but he's limited again today 3 Quote
2003Contenders Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Offensively, the Chiefs are not putting up crazy numbers -- but they are just finding ways to get it done. Mahomes has only eclipsed the 300-yard mark as a passer once, and he has only accounted for as many as three TDs (combined passing/rushing) once on the season. As a team they have only one 100-yard WR performance on the season (JuJu) and two 100-yard rushing days (both Hunt) -- and it took 27 carries in each of those games to eclipse the century mark. Kelce has been his usual reliable self though -- and he has really started heating up coming into this game with three straight strong performances. But... the Chiefs have had their own issues defending AGAINST opposing tight ends. The following guys have all racked up at least 50 yards and/or scored a TD against them: Isaiah Likely, Mike Gisicki, Kyle Pitts, Foster Moreau, George Kittle, Brock Bowers, and Cade Orton. It's a shame that Kincaid looks like he will be out -- but this could be a big spot for Knox, who has had some success against the Chiefs in the past. Knox could be a nice, cheap play in DFS this week! 1 Quote

The Chiefs haven't lost a single game since the Hallmark Channel announced that it was making a Christmas movie about them and that can't be a coincidence. Bah Humbug! Quote

If the Bills win, KC doesn't care because "it's their Super Bowl" and KC will win when it matters. No analysis, no data, patterns, insider information... just chest beating. You get a sense it's all compensating. 1 Quote
Sweats Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Here's my thoughts on this game..... I'm not feeling good about this one. If the refs "play fair" then i think we have a legitimate shot at winning this, however, i lack the confidence in the refs in calling this a fair game. There's going to be "phantom" penalties called against the Bills and KC will get away with everything. I hope i'm wrong, but history says i'm not. I have a feeling that Buffalo will come out of the gate swinging for the fences and try to put KC on their heels, but it's going to be patience and fortitude that wins this one. KC just has way too much experience to just lay down. McD needs to stick with what's working and hope that his 2nd half adjustments are as good as they've been the whole season to date. Sugar Rush Josh needs to be patient and not force anything downfield if its not there......pick your spots, your moments and opportunities when they become available. Keep moving the chains with chunk yardage and hope that something opens up downfield for an occasional lob. Brady and Babich will have a lot of eyes on them this Sunday with their play calling......are they HC material after this season?........will they call a good game and get that KC monkey off their backs?.........are they good enough to compete with good teams? (albeit KC is not real good this year, however, they have the experience of how to win games through adversity, they are 9-0 for a reason and they are the defending SB chumps) I would love to win this one, however, a loss wouldn't break my heart. It will give this team the tools, the "know how", the experience and the foresight if these 2 end up in a rematch in the playoffs. Quote
