I have to say I was more excited about beating Miami twice than I am up for this game. Sure, I’d like to win, but it only means we have a better chance at the #2 seed. As has been said many times, until we beat them in the playoffs when it matters the regular season W is nice but kind of meh. I think it comes down to our D line, especially interior. If Oliver and Jones do their usually disappearing act, it won’t matter what Groot/Von/Ep do to their tackles because Mahomes is a master at evasion. He’s used to his tackles getting smoked so like Josh, he looks to roll out when it happens. If our D-line can get some interior pressure, I think we win.

My BBFS says that we will be up 23-21 with a minute to play when Mahomes gets the ball. After a BS defensive holding call on 4th-4 where Mahomes gets pressured quick, their new practice squad kicker nails a 55 yarder to win it. Billsy.

Actually I have no idea on this one. I just hope both teams have fun.

Will the addition of Jefferson and Phillips help? I'd like to see some Phillips/Jones pairings this game

The Chiefs are winning games with smoke and mirrors lately.

I can see why someone might say this, but what I don’t understand is the idea that teams with multiple losses, vs weaker schedules, have been better. Is it more impressive to lose than win a close game?

BTW I have no real animosity for KC. I like Mahomes and Reid, who I say is the true GOAT HC. If the Bills don't go all the way I don't mind seeing KC do it.

That said, the Chiefs have a ton of injuries on offense and have not been the same lately .They are going to lose convincingly one week and I think that's coming this Sunday.

Overall though I think this is finally Lamar's year unless we spoil it for them.

I think people focus too much on numbers like PPG. A much more meaningful stat is points per possession, and the Chiefs have generally done well there, even amidst the injuries. For example, 27 points vs the Raiders may not be eye-popping, but they averaged 3.4 points per drive, which is very good.

They also have the best success rate in the league and the best 3rd down conversion rate in 13 years.  It’s not an explosive offense but it’s still an efficient one. Which should only improve with Hopkins.

LT is shaky, but they’ve been overcoming weak tackle play for years.

Helps explain why the Chiefs win so many games... You know, aside from just being a really good team.

The Bills can't have a typical 'Billsy' game & kill their own drives or extend drives for the Chiefs via penalties. They have to play more disciplined.

Dang it, Land Clark is the worst possible ref for this game.

But I don't mind if we lose this one and take the playoff matchup.

Let's not show our whole playbook this time.

How come no one is talking about Arazia's  (home) coming this week!

Because his and Martin's stats are nearly identical.  Talk about a waste of a 6th round pick on Beane's part.

Belichick does a tremendous analysis of the way the Chiefs defend us, starting at 6 minutes.

A big part of their game plan is the spy on Josh, Willie Gay. Maybe his biggest point is, we have to have plays ready to beat man coverage, which is Spags' speciality.

Brings up the question of who the Chiefs will double now that Diggs is gone. Says Kincaid, maybe.

Gotta say, Belichick is growing on me. This is a weird season.

It should say “penalties called” for accuracy because penalties committed is a whole different story if you watch their games (not isolating this to the chefs)

If Land Clark calls a bs penalty on Bills or ignores a blatant one on Chefs at end of close game do fans riot?  Gonna piss a lot of folks off... Askin for a friend.

With all of these stats people are using to hype up their own desires....

Interesting stat: Josh Allen has never lost a game to the chiefs on the 17th of November when Patrick Mahomes is playing and they're both wearing shoes

But how do they stack up when Mercury is in retrograde?

20 more penalties is a huge gap. Considering a hold will almost always kill a drive, and a false start usually does. Bills must be doing well to overcome these penalties.
