Challenge their receivers! Bring heat every once in a while and get him on the ground. Sounds sensible to me. 1 Quote
beebe Posted November 13 Posted November 13 it's crazy how terrible KC's tackles are considering the interior three OL are probably the best in football. mahomes has been sacked 20 times thru 9 games. that puts him on pace for being sacked 37 times. in his six prior seasons, he's never been sacked more than 28 times. poor pass protection, especially on the left side, has handcuffed the chiefs offense. 1 Quote

Pretty absurd takes. But hey I guess there isn't much to talk about this week. If that’s what they’re saying they should be taken off radio. How you can watch Allen and say he’s struggling, is beyond me. Quote
stevewin Posted November 13 Posted November 13 (edited) So a little while ago earlier today I'm taking a walk through my neighborhood in NC minding my own business, and the mailman is passing then stops and flags me down. He proceeds to start SCREAMING at me "NOBODY!" I'm thinking wtf? "AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOBODY!" At this point I'm getting uncomfortable and wondering if/how this is going to end and if the guy is going to go 'postal' on me - he keeps going: "NOBODY IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!!!" "CIRCLES THE WAGONS LIKE THE BUFFALO BILLS!" Then he drove off. I realized I was wearing a Bills shirt. Going to go ahead and take the Bills-positive encounter with the screaming civil servant as a positive omen for this weekend. Bills by a Billion. Edited November 14 by stevewin 1 14 5 2 Quote

I want to see the Bills win, but honestly of any game left, I will find the bright side pretty easily and fast if our guys lose. You want to know what a true victory would be Sunday? Not having any additional players get hurt going into the bye. 1 Quote

You could see that he has average speed, below average play strength, and above average feel for zone. So yes, while Joe Marino highlights some plays if Allen would have held the ball a beat longer Kincaid uncovered down the seam, or Allen hits Kincaid in stride, it doesn’t change the trajectory of his career. He isn’t big enough, or fast enough to be an athletic down the field mismatch. Two Bills coordinators have gotten a good look at Kincaid now and he’s been a short yardage specialist in both systems, catch and run. Good hands, slippery after the catch, limited top end speed, limited presence on the field. Quote

Look up the top tight ends this year and slot Kincaid in if the Bills used him the “right way”. After last year other Bills fans made the case that he needed to be the focal point of the Bills offense, 10-games in that doesn’t seem to be happening, why is that? Quote

We’re 26 games in, highest yardage is 87. Been over 80-yards 3x. I like Kincaid, but I think he’s slotted correctly. Quote

Rob Gronkowski - Year 2 - 1,300+ yards George Kittle - Year 2 - 1,300+ yards Kellen Winslow - Year 3 - 1,000+ yards Tony Gonzalez - Year 4 - 1,200 yards Travis Kelce - starts his career with microfracture surgery - then two years at 800+ yards, Year 4 starts his 1,000 yard streak. Antonio Gates - Year 2 - 964 yards, Year 3 - 1,100 yards Mark Andrews - Year 2 - 862 yards, Year 4 - 1,300+ yards Cole Kmet - Year 2 - is his 2nd best year in 5 years total now David Njoku - Year 2 - is his 2nd best year in 8 years Trey McBride - Year 2 goes over 860 yards, on pace for more this year. Did you try and prove something here? Also Kincaid is already 25 years old. Also Bills didn’t draft Kincaid to block, Beane has said this. So looks like good Tight Ends start showing they’re really good in Year 2, and have some of their best years by Season number 3. Edited November 14 by Straight Hucklebuck 1 Quote
BigDingus Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Wanna see hell freeze over & watch Nick Wright go to bat for the Bills? He ranks them number 2 in his tiers, then fights off Brou & Mangini saying they should be lower than Detroit & Baltimore - Quote

Although it was still a divisional game against a pretty solid defense. Hey, I hope we shut him down. I was just saying I don't think its wise to underestimate Hunt this week as we have not been good at stopping the run or defending short passes/screens either. And one thing we know is that KC has been effective against us at attacking our weak spots in the past. I think there will be a healthy dose of Hardman jet sweeps this Sunday to supplement KC’s run game. Quote
