I like our chances because the Bills are leading the league in takeaways with 19 (11 Int and 8 FR) while only having 6 giveaways (4 Int and 2 FL) for a +13.

The Chiefs are near the bottom of the league with only 8 takeaways (5 Int and 3 FR) while turning the ball over 12 times (9 Int and 3 FL) for a -4.

Winning the Super Bowl is the goal and winning this game at all costs doesn't increase the chances of winning the Super Bowl. In fact winning this game at all costs could be detrimental to winning the Super Bowl if you waste a good game plan, good trick plays, or if players get injured selling out for a game which strategically means little.

 

This game will be hard fought due to the pride of each organization.

 

But both sides are sure to hold something in reserve for the more important games later on.

i was talking to a guy who's a cheifs fan, new neighbor.

 

he is frustrated with how good they are and said he enjoyed the days of mediocracy more. you'd go in thinking you have a chance at any game and be happy when they get the upset and shrug it off if they lost even to an interior team. he said it's frustrating now because they should win every game and when it's not a blow out it's terrible

it was fun with Fitz and Tyrod.  An upset of the Cowboys here, a blowout of dolphins there. even an OT loss to Atlanta was exciting.

 

we are going into 14-15 weeks a year expecting a big win every year right now. big plays, amazing results. when we are not doing this it is frustrating.

For me it's definitely more fun now than the drought days of Fitz and Tyrod.

Bills play the Chiefs very tough but if we’re depending on turnovers to win on Sunday, I don’t like our chances.

Yes, and now many Bills fans are miserable when we play a team that hasn't lost by more than one score all year and beat them by 10 (and was 17 until a garbage time touchdown) because we played terribly, never beat anyone convincingly, and must actually suck. I do get the appeal of lowered expectations.

To me that's on the fans who choose to feel that way - not on the situation that the team you root for is actually good.  It's a litttle crazy to me some people choose to turn that into a negative somehow and want to be miserable even in the wake of now perrenial success

[Buffalo Bills Fan]

Just woke up from a dream. Allen had a 99 yard rushing TD play of the century many said.With 6 minutes left. 20-7 Bills winning. Bill's had 29 penalties not sure how many yards. But with 10 sacks on chiefs. Austin Johnson 2 int with more interception than catches by Kelce. With 2 sacks. Jordan Philips 3 sacks.

 

Chiefs had Ball starting 1: but many flags 6 minutes. Flag after flag to help Chiefs . Boos were loud lol.Remember 30 seconds left chiefs finally called for holding then woke up 😂 

 

I was like I wish this was real 😂.

I don’t get this at all personally 😂 should be way more exciting going into every game fighting to maintain an undefeated season.  They also could be the only team to threepeat and theres all kinds of other rare accolades they haven’t accomplished.  What they’re saying makes sense if they accomplished pretty much everything possible but imo they haven’t yet

Sure, you have your "never happy" contingent, but it is so refreshing and mood-enhancing to go into every week feeling like a win is in the cards.  I hated the years of praying we would be included in the "in the hunt" graphic on CBS in November, all the while knowing that we had no real shot.  There were some fun wins but I don't know anyone who wants a perennial 6-9 win team over what we have now.  I feel much less stress for regular season games than I used to.  Now, the playoffs are a different story for obvious reasons.

Chiefs have a serious LT problem, if i were a betting man i would expect the chiefs to be quite run heavy early on.
