BuffaloBaumer Posted November 11 Posted November 11 This won't be the typical Chiefs Bills game. They most likely won't have Coleman, Cooper or Kincaid. If it is 4th and 3 on the 35, I think you take points. In the past, you go for it all day long, but this Chiefs team is not racking up the points this year. 2 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted November 11 Posted November 11 It's too bad the bye isn't this week and KC next week. Oh well Quote

Obviously the Bills have looked pretty bad at times as well. The offense seems to be going through some sort of slump (even considering the injuries). I think teams are sitting on the underneath stuff that was killer for us the first few weeks, and we haven't found an answer for that yet. We only have a few completions down the field that weren't part of a scramble drill this season. Play calling has been pretty meh, hope we figure something out. Uh What? They are the number 3 scoring offense. Only Baltimore and Detroit have scored more TD's. Allen is like top 10 or better in every passing category. They are top 5 in rushing TD's. They are 11/12 on 4th downs. The one stat offensively I would like to see them improve is in Time of Posession, they are down 3 minutes from last years team so far this year and are currently ranked 19th in the league. Would love to see that up around 34 minutes. KC is currently at 32:43 a game. 4 2 Quote

Come out of it healthy and put nothing on tape. I mean I get the mentality. Beating the Chiefs in the regular season does nothing and what matters most is having everyone ready to go in the Divisional Round. But I don't get the "oh we can't catch up with the Chiefs" mentality. If the Bills win, the toughest team left on the schedule is the Lions are currently the only team two games or better over .500, and also the Niners flying to the East Coast after the Bills bye week. It's entirely possible for the Bills to end the season at 14-3 or 13-4. Meanwhile the Chiefs end the season playing the Steelers, Texans and a road Broncos game where Denver might be playing to get into the playoffs. If Cooper can go I think we can make due for a game. 1 1 Quote

Great points. I don’t think this game matters that much as we want it to. It would certainly be nice to go into the bye week at 9-2 and netting a win against the team in pole position as the AFC #1 seed but 8-3 isn’t back breaking by any means. This game if they lose it handily to us could change the course of their season. @Panthers, Raiders, Chargers, @Browns, Texans, @Steelers, @Broncos. That is their remaining schedule. Go on a hypothetical of the way they are playing… is there any guaranteed wins other than maybe the Panthers? Raiders haven’t faired very well against KC since Reid arrived but the last 2 games have been a split and 1 score. That’s with just as rough a roster as right now. Chargers are in the same boat as Oakland. They haven’t come out with many wins against Reid and KC; 5-18 since he arrived but the saving grace is that in the last 6 games, 5 have been decided by one score. Browns beat Baltimore so there is capability to win if Winston doesn’t implode like yesterday against the Chargers. Texans? Great defense. Have a load of talent across the board but haven’t produced quality on offense for most/a whole game since losing Collins. He’ll be back by the time they face off. Steelers are the Steelers but have the absolute worst remaining schedule I. The league. It is absolute brutal. They’ll come to play as I suspect the division and a playoff wild card spot are on the line between them and Baltimore. Won’t be easy for them either way. Lastly the Broncos. I would have pegged this game as a loss before last week but with the manner in which Denver lost and very well could be in the mix for the playoffs, I bet they come to play. Hopefully they fix some things and field a better offensive product. 2¢ Quote
Rockinon Posted November 11 Posted November 11 With a win, the Bills are in a very good spot toward achieving the 1 seed. KC is vulnerable this year regardless of what their record is. On top of that, the following week the Bills can get some rest and heal up for the final stretch. Just imagine how good they'll be with a healthy roster. After watching this last game and seeing the offense continue to roll with 2 good receivers missing, I can't help thinking that the offense is about to break out. Get Milano back and the D also moves to a different level. Looking at the big picture has very little to do with KC when trying to figure out what will happen with the Bills. I think even with injuries, the Bills can take them next week and think things are looking up for the Bills. There is no team they can't beat. They have been putting the pieces together all season with both physical talent and scheme. Make no mistake, they are looking to win a Superbowl. Go Bills! 1 Quote
boyst Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Cooper will be on a snap count. Kincaid will play some, too. Hollins, Shakir, Samuel will need to play at a high level. Our OL needs to road grade up the middle over and over again. 2 Quote

IF they beat the bills to get to 10-0, pencil them in for a 12-0 start. the final three-game stretch is indeed scary. could totally see them losing the christmas day game vs the steelers. it's why this is a pretty meaningful game for the chiefs. if they beat the bills, they're a monster favorite to be in position to rest starters the final week vs the broncos. 1 Quote

He has routinely thrown off target passes him this season. He’s hit him in stride on a handful of plays but more often than not, it’s not an ideal pass when Kincaid is the target. His poor pass yesterday actually got the kid injured…. On a play where he was WIIIIIIIIIIIDE OPEN This is a new level of passive/aggressive Allen hate. So he caused Kincaid to be hurt? BTW, most of Allen's passes to Kincaid are spot on as they're pretty damn short. The long pass yesterday missed by a foot at most. By my count I saw several passes thrown on Sunday that missed wiiiiiiiiide open receivers down field. It's weird to me all the different kinds of shade some Bills fans find to throw at Allen. This is a new and particularly bad one IMO. Quote

I’d love to see the actual stat on this. You think that statement is false- all good. Anyone have stats? This doesn’t prove much, Kincaid catch percentage last year was 80%. This years it’s 57%- partly due to Kincaid 6 drops partly due to passes that weren’t ideal. allen threw a bad pass. Kincaid got injured diving for the bad pass. You and others may see this as “throwing shade” at Allen but it’s just commenting on what I see. If the throw was on target, he wouldn’t be injured. 1 1 2 1 Quote
YoloinOhio Posted November 11 Posted November 11 (edited) The chiefs glazing on mnf countdown is nauseating and it’s just going to get worse throughout the week. “The chiefs will never beat themselves” ohh. Actually yes they have multiple times, particularly vs the Bills. If a WR lining up Offside isn’t beating yourself than what is. Patrick even threw the little tantrum on the sidelines and blubbered in the post game presser bc his highlight play didn’t count. Edited November 11 by YoloinOhio 4 4 Quote

st pete gogolak Posted November 11 Posted November 11 It’s interesting that the Bills have generally been a very slow starter this year, playing much better in the second half. In both KC games last year, Bills outplayed KC in first half but were badly outplayed in the second half. Don’t know what it means but pretty sure that they can’t get away with a slow start on Sunday. Quote
Unforgiven Posted November 11 Posted November 11 (edited) I don't see the Bills beating the refs, the NFL and the Chiefs. The nfl doesn't want Buffalo getting anywhere near the Superbowl. It does however badly want an undefeated season and third straight sb for kc. Edited November 11 by Unforgiven Quote

The hypersensitivity is really high. Allen played terribly against Houston, does that mean I hate him? No, it doesn’t. 1 1 Quote
