Definitely a battle/war scenario. 8-3 is fine if we have some surprises for them in the playoffs.

Probably because there's no sour grapes in KC. They are acknowledging Allen as the clear 2nd. Dolphins are coming to terms with Tua not being in the running at all and every other team with an also ran (LAC, CIN, BAL, etc.) is committed to pretending they wouldn't be much happier with Allen. (Well, Baltimore might have a fair claim which I never thought before this year.)

The Steelers are certainly trending that way. RW is playing with confidence and we all know what the D can bring. 

 

They will be tested. From here on out, Pittsburgh plays:

Chiefs

 

It'll be interesting to see how they navigate this relentless schedule. The fact they haven't played any division games yet is super-interesting to me.

This seems like a no brainier strategy, will give Bills edge or make refs have to call it.

Sure, a win would be nice but until we beat them in the playoffs I’ll temper my enthusiasm.

I'm more concerned about fielding a healthy team for the playoffs than beating KC on Sunday. This isn't a playoff game, if a player isn't fully ready, let them sit out and be 100% for the stretch run.

Yeah, but try arguing he's just as good as or better than Mahomes. Their scoffing dismissal will have a distinct note of insecurity and defensiveness. They know/fear that Allen is objectively better. The hardware argument only gets you so far.

So Coleman already ruled out and we still don't know what the injury is. We also never got a confirmation on Taron's forearm or exactly WTF happened to Milano's leg last year. This team is like Belichik with injuries.

Coleman will be back after the bye. Honestly this chiefs game isn’t all too important imo. Try and win, and if not roll into the bye and get dudes healthier, and save your game plan for the chiefs in the PLAYOFFS!!!!!

Maybe not full preseason vanilla, but lets at least choose the silly game plan and save the real game plan and half-time adjusted game plan for the post season.

Wish we could just forfeit and come back in 2 weeks almost fully healthy.  It seems as soon as we look healthier, the next game brings 2-3 more injured guys.

 

We aint catching the chiefs anyways.

The eye roll has me wondering if you think Allen and Kincaid are on the same page.  Do you?

 

He has routinely thrown off target passes him this season.  He’s hit him in stride on a handful of plays but more often than not, it’s not an ideal pass when Kincaid is the target.  His poor pass yesterday actually got the kid injured…. On a play where he was WIIIIIIIIIIIDE OPEN

I'm not sure what to think about this one. Chiefs have looked pretty bad at times this year despite their record. Obviously the Bills have looked pretty bad at times as well. The offense seems to be going through some sort of slump (even considering the injuries). I think teams are sitting on the underneath stuff that was killer for us the first few weeks, and we haven't found an answer for that yet. We only have a few completions down the field that weren't part of a scramble drill this season.

Play calling has been pretty meh, hope we figure something out.
