The Cincinnati Kid Posted November 10 Posted November 10 It could be called a 4:25 kick in Orchard Park featuring two NFL teams. But “NFL GAME OF THE SEASON” is also good. …to each, their own. 3 Quote

gonzo1105 Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Give me a loss if it means we finally beat these guys when it matters. Tired of watching us win the regular season matchup then fall short in the playoffs. 3 10 Quote
Steptide Posted November 10 Posted November 10 I'm sure it'll be a cheifs victory by some crazy flag or play that only happens to kc 2 7 Quote
Success Posted November 10 Posted November 10 A fun game - but ultimately, somewhat inconsequential. They'll very likely get the 1 seed regardless of what happens. If we lose, I'd almost take it as a good omen. Reversing the whole "Bills beat them in the regular, but can't in the playoffs." But of course, I want to blow them out. 1 1 1 1 3 1 Quote

JohnNord Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Really it’s not going to be that important. A Bills win gives them a shot at the #1 seed with some help. A loss greatly reduces their chances of finishing with the top seed which sucks because of the bye week. Even at 8-3 they have a great shot at a 2 or 3 seed. There’s not really much of a difference between 2-4. I just think back to last season where Kansas City won it all as #3 seed. Home field or the bye didn’t mean *****. 2 Quote
Virgil Posted November 11 Posted November 11 I really wish this game was after the bye. I don't think McD will rush people back just for this game, but it would be nice to give our injured guys next week off and then have the bye week to really get everyone healthy. Granted, even with a win I don't see us taking the 1 seed by the time the season is over, but that 2 seed would be really nice. Just have to hope the AFC North beats the crap out of each other 2 Quote
Big Blitz Posted November 11 Posted November 11 I think we’re going to protect and hide Coleman and Cooper from them - no need to rush them. This won’t be the offense they see in the playoffs. I think Kincaid is going to be out to. We might not see him till week 14 or 15. 1 Quote

Even if the Bills lose they’ll most likely get the #2 seed. Regardless of #2 or #3 there will be opportunities to rest starters towards the end of the season for a de facto ‘bye’. Quote
Billsfanatic8989 Posted November 11 Posted November 11 We beat the Chiefs in three straight regular season games. It meant nothing in the playoffs. Maybe the reverse happens this time. I don't think we need the one seed to win a title. The Rams & Chiefs proved it two out of the last three years. 3 1 Quote

Completely agree...win or lose next week, the more important issue is no new injuries going into the bye week. We have to seriously start getting healthy. I want to start hearing some updates on Milano too. Quote

Dude we'd be a half game back with a W. It's very consequential and the way KC has barely beaten, gotten lucky vs mid teams, it could be the reason we get the 1 seed 2 Quote
SCBills Posted November 11 Posted November 11 (edited) I’m sure this will change, but with our injuries and the fact KC doesn’t lose and has an easy schedule after us, I just can’t get too hype. Just feels like everyone is playing for the 2 seed and the right to go through a well rested KC squad in Arrowhead, yet again. Edited November 11 by SCBills 1 Quote
