Shakir is quite probably better at what he does than both of those two at this point, but granted, he plays a very specific position in the WR system. Was it a perfect game? Of course not. But that was an impressive win nonetheless. Allen did not play well full 60-minutes...but that drive in the 4th quarter was elite....He is a leader of this team. It is hard to win in the NFL on the road and the Bills are winning by big margins...they went into Seattle and beat them up...and then wen to Indianapolis where they have not won since 1998....and had a 3-score lead until 2 seconds before the whistle. They were 3 stupid plays from going to OT at Houston.... Except in Baltimore, this team has performed well on the road. 9 hours ago, Brianmoorman4jesus said: We are 8-2 for the first time in 31 years. Sweats
This "bend, but don't break" D is going to kill us come playoff time.......allowing teams to run on us to save the big pass plays is just asinine to me. Teams are going to gash us with the "death from a thousand cuts" philosophy and run it all over us which they already have with great success. If we don't get that cleaned up a bit, we are going to be in big trouble.......bank on it.

The run percentage is misleading. Those screens to Shakir and Samuel are essentially run plays and those are potentially chunk plays the way Shakir slices and dices the defense. Our defense gets gashed for big runs one or two times every game, but they hold teams to FGs and that wins games. We were without our two leading receivers and Josh still threw for 280 and got Knox, Samuel and Hollins involved. Kincaid, Coleman and Cooper should sit out the Chiefs game and get healthy for the last 6 games. I think we can beat KC in KC if healthy, so winning next week would be nice but not worth exposing these players to extended absence. I really would love to hang an L on Mahomes and Reid next week but you are correct. Would rather get the 2 WRs healthy and sit them out. I hate over thinking it, but we are unlikely to get #1 seed even if we beat Chiefs Sunday given the remaining schedules of both. And what are our chances of beating KC twice in one season? I'd rather win the 2nd game, hopefully with a healthy squad, even if at Arrowhead. Perhaps we get lucky and Chiefs get Ravens week before

I’ll be surprised if MVS has another TD the rest of the season for a terrible Saints team. No one has been able to get consistent production from him. That’s why he has bounced around the league. It's not a bad take just because you say it is. Let me know when any WR on this team not named Coleman or Cooper has over 100 yards receiving and/or two TDs in a game this season. This staff has shown consistently that they cannot effectively evaluate or use talent on offense.

Perhaps we get lucky and Chiefs get Ravens week before The Chiefs are a fake 9 and 0 juggernaut team. Having said that, finding a way to win all these games is impressive but even the Chiefs know they will lose in the playoffs if they keep playing like this. Mahomes is getting killed on a gimpy ankle and with a turnstile at left tackle. They can’t run the ball like they used to and Tenn dumped DHop for a reason, he just can’t separate anymore. He’s not a #1 and KC is thin at receiver. Their secondary is giving up completions that we’re not used to and the Bills always play them tough. I see a banged up Bills team hanging in, because KC keeps everyone in, and winning a close one, resting Coleman, Cooper and Kincaid.
GoBillsForeverAndAlways Posted yesterday at 02:20 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:20 AM I feel like the Bills are going to be HOT off the Bye and I certainly hope they are since we have quite a stretch ahead of us the first few games after that. As long as Coleman, Cooper, and Kincaid are rested and as healthy as possible I think we'll be in for some really good stuff!
