We definitely are not fielding a great team today.  Definitely not one that is good enough to win a Super Bowl.  But, we are playing an opponent that we should beat even with the guys we have out and not playing our best.  They are trying to help us win, but we just haven't gone out and taken it yet.  Here's another chance, but we need to change up the play calling a bit.

I know we're not facing a juggernaut on offense but the defense is making enough game altering plays to get us through this game with our offense beyond banged up. We need to establish the run a little more in my opinion.

Was just about to post about how much I hate this bend but still eventually break defense when playing inferior competition.  But I’ll stay quiet for now.

Offense has to capitalize.  That’s 3 TOs from the defense.

Flacco is the perfect QB o play bend but don’t break against.

Empty hand baby.

Some department of pre-crime for the announcers talking about the connection between Flacco and Hamlin, right before Flacco hands the ball over to Hamlin.

Hamlin can look bad, but he's often in the right place to make a play.

True. I'm not sure if he's supposed to be there but...

Sucky Damar Hamlin with the FR.  This guy blows so bad.  WHAT THE ***** IS HE DOING ON THE FIELD???

Well, I'll credit him for being alert, but he didn't rush effectively, and Rousseau would have recovered the fumble he caused if Hamlin hadn't. So, no, Hamlin is not off the hook yet. You blitz a safety, you got to get there, not go winging by or, as he did earlier in the game, get blocked easily. All credit to Rousseau on this one.
