WIDE LEFT Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Everyone seems to think that the great 61 yard field goal solves what was a major problem. Sorry, but no, Bass is still a huge question mark, and could be a fatal flaw in the playoffs. Prior to that great kick, he missed an extra point. Then clanked ANOTHER extra point off the post. After the extra point he barely made, he mishit his kickoff, allowing a return at the worst possible time. So three consecutive shaky kicks, then one spectacular kick, and problem solved? I don’t think so. 4 8 1 5 4 3 Quote
947 Posted November 8 Posted November 8 The game winner unlocked his powers that had been hidden away deep inside since 2022. He's back. 6 1 1 Quote
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Who would have thought a poster named “WIDE LEFT” is worrying about the kicker still? 10 4 1 Quote
blacklabel Posted November 8 Posted November 8 For cripes sake. This is what's on your mind on a Friday night? You must be a blast at parties. "Hey, I know Bass set a franchise record and won the game last week but I just wanna remind everyone he missed one and doinked another!" We knowwwwwwww. What do you propose they do about it? He's on the roster for a reason....because there isn't anyone else available that's gonna be any better. 1 3 2 1 4 Quote

Malazan Posted November 8 Posted November 8 I wish people would just be honest and post "I needed some attention" instead of coming up with threads that state the obvious or are clickbait. 1 3 Quote

It’s a simple point, which apparently u can’t comprehend- his inconsistency all year does not disappear because he made a 61 yard field goal. He was inconsistent in this game as well. The DEFINITION of inconsistency is when u make a 61 yarder & miss extra points. 1 1 1 Quote

BuffaloBillyG Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Some people just love to wallow in misery. They say it stems from parents leaving them in soiled diapers too long when they were babies. In the OPs case it would seem this problem existed until high school. Quote
