or better yet blanket pardon whether they took a photo, beat cops, threatened legislators, or even legitimately conspired.  Not a great way to launch "law and order'.

I don't like that the Oath Keepers or Proud Boys were released.  As for those who assaulted police officers, what's the typical punishment for that?

That was kind of my point that it should have been case by case.  Even the biggest of doubters called it a "mostly" peaceful protest at best.  I seriously hope it didn't expunge the ones who had been properly put through the courts, and already served their punishments.  THAT would piss me right off if it was a serious crime.

It's possible that for all but the PBs and OKs, everyone else has served a sufficient (almost 4 year) sentence.  That's why I was asking what the punishments typically are.
