Could not find specific thread for this.  I am thinking to just keep adding them to one thread since he does them regularly when I see them for Bills

Fortunately unlike the short videos on NFL.com/BuffaloBills.com/youtube.com there is not a commercial, sometimes longer than video, before the breakdown videos.

Yes, Brady has made the offense much easier to operate for Josh.  Crazy and “Superman” type plays from Josh are way down because the system allows Josh to simply “stick with the play.”

Although the team may not be able to create separation, they are creating space which leads to YAC......i endorse this.

Those constant delays on players getting out into the pattern after the LBs start dropping back are brilliant...essentially wait for the guys to think they aren't a passing option then leak out.

Baldinger is one of the best things going on that god forsaken app. I love his little video clips and breakdowns.

And yes, Josh has mentioned a few times this year that Brady gives him a lot of answers. He designs plays and does things with motion that simplify things for Josh and get guys open in space. In short, our OC helps our QB out in ways that I have been begging for for YEARS now. And wouldn't you know it, the percentage of Josh's passing yards that have come after-the-catch is the highest its ever been in his career. Thank goodness. Finally.

Brady may need to really step his game up the next couple weeks if Cooper and Coleman are both out. I'd love to see him meaningfully gameplan around and involve BOTH tight ends in the passing game consistently. Dawson Knox didn't just forget how to play football. Kincaid has the talent to be the featured receiver on any given week. Let's get these boys going.

The idea that no one gets separation is wrong.  Shakir was leading the league before this last game (I haven't looked it up again).  It's not uncommon at all for outside WR's to not have huge separtion stats and there are a number of great WR's who don't have big separation numbers.  Meanwhile TE's and slot WR's dominate this stat.  Shakir and Kincaid both have great separation numbers and Cooper (who is a great WR) has a separation number on par with Mack Hollins if that illustrates how much this number matters.

Glad to see the Sean Payton offensive philosophy play out.  Scheme easy throws.  Give josh 15 plus easy throws a game.  Shallow crossers, screens flares to the back.  Ask him to be the best Qb on the planet once or twice a game. Ask him to drop back and beat the defense on a 5 to 7 step drop less than 5 times a game.  Make his job as easy as possible and he will be hard to stop.  Joe Brady has done this for the most part.   This is where Dorsey and even Daboll came up short imo.

It sounds like martial arts for big guys.

On the play where Dawkins got beat and Robinson got to Josh, Robinson had his weight so far in front of him he almost stumbled, but he somehow stayed up. I’m sure Dawkins noted that and just took advantage of his poor weight distribution. That’s not a penalty.

Check out the 2000's Pats, this is the exact same formula that beat the entire league for 2 decades......create space in the middle, do some dump off passes and let your WR's earn some YAC.

Throw in some runs, utilize the middle and take your shots downfield when the D is man to man.

Also, utilize your double TE sets more frequently or at least game plan to have at least one of them involved more.

Been saying all year there’s open options in the passing game.

Yup, many of us have really wanted to see these sort of passes incorporated into the offense for quite a while, it’s like having an easy button for your QB and receiver, can ya say moving the chains…,

We like Baldy today.   😊

I think it's a very weak call, but I think the call was made because you're not allowed to hold down a defender on the ground.  Not sure if the guard laying on top of him mattered, but the ref doesn't throw the flag until the defender's on the ground trying to move his torso with Dawkin's extended arms on his shoulders/upper back.

From the NFL Rule book:    https://operations.nfl.com/the-rules/nfl-rulebook/#article-3-illegal-block-by-offensive-player

If a blocker falls on or pushes down a defender whose momentum is carrying him to the ground, Offensive Holding will not be called unless the blocker prevents the defender from rising from the ground.

So they could have called it on the guard who fell on top of Chop.

if we are short on receivers, use James Cook in the slot and Ray Davis in the backfield at the same time, I think that would create some open field mismatches.  That long TD run after the catch by Davis was a thing of beauty.

Yes, i think you're absolutely correct.  During the game, i assumed the ref had a bad angle and thought Dawkins yanked the defender down by his arms.  But this video shows the ref having a perfect view of what Dawkins did.  I think that Edwards piling on and restricting him was when he decided to throw the flag.

Looking at it again, I think the ref pinned the foul on Dawkins but clearly Edwards didn't fall on Chop until he was on the ground, probably the ref felt the effect of both men combined was a foul.
