Trump Nominates Ted Cruz’s Chief of
Staff to Lead DOJ’s Office of Legal Policy

by Elizabeth Weibel

In a post on Truth Social, Trump revealed that Aaron Reitz, who previously worked as “Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Deputy,” would be working with Pam Bondi. Bondi was previously nominated by Trump to serve as the Attorney General after former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) withdrew his nomination. Trump described Reitz as being a “true MAGA attorney” and a “warrior” for the United States Constitution. “I am pleased to nominate Aaron Reitz to serve as the next Head of the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy (OLP),” Trump wrote in his post.

WHY TRUMP’S ‘UNQUALIFIED’ NOMINEES ARE GREAT:

They should be confirmed precisely because the Washington Establishment in both political parties, as well as the mainstream media, think President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet nominees are ‘unqualified,’ according to former Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Donald Devine.

“Knowing how government really works, the Washington Establishment types know that the secret to political success is to understand that any change from the bureaucracy’s status quo will be reported immediately to the media, with complaints that it will destroy the essential health, education, welfare and national security of the U.S. in some way or another,” writes Devine, who is among the nation’s top outsider experts on managing and reforming public bureaucracies.

“The story will begin in the Washington Post and be picked up nationally and beyond. And the targets seeking change will look foolish with no supporters beyond family. That is why the secret to political ascendancy in government is not to do anything but to follow the herd and be considered a success by all,” he continues.

The nation’s capital is entering a period of radical political reform flowing down from the ongoing radical cultural conflict. This confrontation will spark trench and guerrilla warfare, plus every other kind of resistance the Washington Establishment can summon, producing continuous uproar, controversy, mis-representation, and endless predictions of catastrophic national and world consequences.

But at some point, possibly at about the third year of Trump’s second term, it could become clear to the American people that the country is being reformed, reinvigorated and restored. That is when the Washington Establishment will finally have to concede they no longer are.

Mike Waltz to Clean Out Deep Staters from National Security Council:
‘We’re Taking Resignations at 12:01’ on January 20

by Matthew Boyle

Incoming National Security Advisor Mike Waltz told Breitbart News exclusively that every intelligence official from the various departments and agencies across the federal government currently detailed to the National Security Council (NSC) at the White House under outgoing President Joe Biden will be expected to vacate the premises by 12:01 p.m. Eastern on Inauguration Day when President-elect Donald Trump is inaugurated again. Waltz, in a phone interview earlier this week, told Breitbart News that he is making sure everyone understands that it’s “crystal clear what the agenda is.”

Mr Terrell has a long and distinguished career.

But the childish amongst us, can only refer to his being a Fox News contributor.

Hilarious.    (and telling)

Leo Terrell is an American civil rights attorney and talk radio host based in Los Angeles, California.

On December 4, 1990, Terrell became a member of the State Bar of California.

He was the Chairman of the Black-Korean Alliance, an Advisory Board Member for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and a member of the Statewide Commission Against Hate Crimes.

Terrell wrote the book Your Rights at the Workplace--The Things Your Boss Won't Tell You in 1998.

Terrell became a member of the NAACP in 1990 and did pro bono legal work for the organization. After Terrell expressed support for Carolyn Kuhl, a Los Angeles County judge nominated by President George W. Bush to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit whose nomination was filibustered in the U.S. Senate, he left the NAACP and accused the organization of "bullying" him out

Terrell has provided legal and political commentary on TV and radio programs such as Nightline, Larry King Live, Hannity & Colmes, The O'Reilly Factor, Today, Good Morning America, and various radio programs

Thank you for the link.

I can now see that he opined in Jet magazine (does that still exist) that "there's a lot of evidence to disprove that O.J. was involved" in the killings of his wife and Ron Goldman.

Leave that #32 up on the new stadium! There's evidence!!

As is his standard procedure, Frankie tries to cover his previous poor reply by trying to divert to a small portion of the article rather than his missed (Fox) point.

I am sure that works on the lesser minds here, but not the adults.

Well at least the DOJ will now get involved in the search for the real killer.

It's kind of fun playing your favorite Democratic Nominee Once Said Incredibly Stupid Thing game in reverse.

Just a reminder, these people could cure cancer while

feeding the homeless and throwing hundred dollar bills

at people and Democrats still wouldn’t approve a single

one of them

So it’s incumbent upon Republicans to ignore them

and get every single one of these people confirmed.

Today's hearings we have Scott Turner (HUD), Scott Bessent (Treasury), Lee Zeldin (EPA), and Doug "Eyebrows" Burgum (Interior).

Trump's biggest error of his first term was relying on, and trusting, assorted never Trumpers and establishment shills that populated the first administration. Feigning loyalty to the agenda while instead working 24/7 to sabotage the administration. Given the people he's nominated the 2nd time around, he's learned a lesson and is not going to make the same mistake again. This has the DC establishment comprised of both Democrats and Republicans, and other powerful entities crapping their pants over the prospect of losing much of their power and influence.

In Doug Burgum's hearing, Sen. Heinrich asked about a bipartisan wildlife bill. Burgum replied, "Sounds like you're entrusting it to the states, and that's where it belongs."

Are there any more beautiful words in the English language?

Useful idiot heads explode..

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent just told his Senate confirmation hearing that he did try to enter public service previously: when he was 17 he went to enter the navy but he was gay and was not willing to lie about it. That was the rule at the time.

Bessent’s husband, former SDNY prosecutor John Freeman, and their two well-behaved children are sitting behind him.

Lefty heads exploding as they try to compute that Donald Trump nominated a gay married man with two gorgeous kids to the highest post in history - after Biden’s LBQT pandering clown show.
