Actually I love my kids, I love all kids. I love being a dad. My youngest are 14 year old twins, I didn’t want to talk about the election with my wife in front of them. 1 2

BillsFanNC Posted November 7 Author Posted November 7 (edited) Here's my sympathy for the King and other fellow Americans who are afraid and upset. To all those who decided to document their irrational fear and record it for the world to see, some advice... If you voted Democrat and you are feeling that the election result is truly horrifying, do this one simple thing for your mental health: Write down your fears of what might happen in the next 4 years on a piece of paper. Re-read and check in on them every few months. It will be a constant source of relief to you when you see that your fears will not, in fact, come true. Then start asking why you had those fears in the first place and how you can prevent them from forming the next time. Edited November 7 by BillsFanNC 1

I was agitated (not upset like these psychos) about what this year had in store for me after my doc said to get tested for being elligable for a transplant or dialysis in the summer of 2023. The last 9 months were nothing like I was imagining. It was all in my head. The worst part was recovering from the incision for about 6 weeks after the transplant (35 staples!) 4 1

There is huge separation between young people who are focused on this crap, DEI, etc versus young people who ignore all this. There is a huge swath of young people bettering themselves and moving out on their goals not worried about safe spaces, reparations, etc. Gonna eat their lunch. 2

K D Posted November 7 Posted November 7 I feel bad for some of these people because the media lied to them and they really think they are going to die or something. They are completely unhinged and out of touch with reality. We need to Make (mental)Asylums Great Again! 2 2
