Joe & Mika with reverent Al on MSNBC are saying she lost because of misogyny, and of course, wait for it, racism. But mostly  it's men's attitude towards women. White men. Black men. All men. In complete denial and refusing to admit the obvious that she wasn't a very good candidate.

Keep it up and they will never win another election again. We are sick of this crap. The majority of the country is racist and misogynist? Get lost nerds

Though you could easily argue that a black woman being trounced so effectively is not the result of people being called racist and sexist, but rather a result of racism or sexism.

"I would have voted for the black woman - but you kept calling me racist and sexist, so i voted for the baboon instead"

Not saying that's the case. Its none of my business. But his argument is an oddly indirect one.

It will be interesting to see how much money cabinet seats are up for sale for? The old billionaires club.

Add about 8 trillion to the deficit again.

The longer she takes to concede the more likely that the riots and violence will begin.

I never figured that Trump would win the popular vote, but if that holds true then the rioting effort that will require media support is severely hamstrung.

In some ways the result is a rejection of identity politics. Voters want to hear about positions and issues that impact them. If Harris would have taken a genuine approach to discussing issues and concerns with clear positions rather than expose the voters to constant preaching from sorogates and celebrities then she would have performed better.

I agree with this.  Harris didn't play the identity card, but she also failed at making kitchen table connections.

She organized white men for Harris, came out with an economic plan specifically for black men, and her subordinates generally sh*t on men the entire way. What are you talking about?

Why would they be angry and frustrated? Has something gone awry? I would have never guessed it from reading your posts.

Can't make rent, can't buy food (they say), but money for booze and the latest iPhone.  Credit card debt is enormous in this country.  People overspent.  They showed no fiscal discipline.  Now it's catching up with them, and they can't handle something like a flat tire, or some similar unexpected expense.  How that is the fault of the government is beyond me.  But they're mad, and they expressed it last night.  So now we see what Trump does for them.  The airing of grievances, the talk (but no action) on health care reform and immigration, and the amorphous discussion of drilling lawnmower oil isn't going to cut it anymore.  It's MAGA's move and time to produce.  Let's see what happens.

Trump spoke to Latinos and black men, too.  That's not playing the identity card.  To have done so would have been to have campaigned on "I'm with her," for example.  (A horrible slogan if ever there was one.)

And speaking of X - Elon is the MVP of this election.

Legacy media is DEAD.  Their influence is gone.

X is the arena of ideas.  Journalists - real ones - and every human on the planet (where your country allows it) can openly and freely share information, refute information, fact check information, and you decide - there are few people left (mostly over 60 years old) that still think their local news is relevant.

You’ve been lied to and manipulated your whole lives.  Sure there will be misinformation and fake news all over social media.  I’ve posted a fake Adam Schefter account or two.

Our own bubbles are nothing new.  This is nothing to fear.  The real journalists will still hold power accountable and report.  The most informed of us will be open to and want to follow accounts from all over the spectrum.

America did not fall for the most despicable political campaign in history - from Biden’s sudden “I’m out” post on X to the media covering for her in ways that make North Korea blush to her flat out not talking to the media for almost 2 months.

That all might have worked if not for Twitter 2.0.

Be mad at that all you want.  It’s the result of a far left media in print and on TV that’s nothing more than the propaganda wing of the Democrat party.

I just want to take one moment to remind everyone that it is unamerican and social taboo to question the election in any way. Since the Dems and media have told us this for four years, I am looking forward to seeing them continue to drive this message across and lead by example over the next few days.

look no further than the posts from C-section, Redhawk, Roundy, L Ron for confirmation.

Hoax.  You guys try to pee on our legs and tell us it's raining.  We'll see what happens with the morons in charge.  The floor is yours, MAGA.  Hopefully you do better this time than you did with the border wall and health care reform.

It’s clear that today is very upsetting for you. Is now a bad time to ask you about Joe Biden‘s foreign policy master class?

I agree with a lot of this. Old habits die hard the saying goes and it takes a lot for people to adjust their spending, prioritize needs over wants and cut back on unnecessary spending.

I think the country faces enormous public and private debt issues that have no easy fix other than sacrificing the present to preserve the future and most Americans have no appetite for austerity.

The problem with oil drilling is all the low cost, big fields have been depleted or discovered. If you look at the number of elephant deposits found by decade it shows.a clear picture of rapid decline.  Higher marginal costs for lower production that's more expensive is what's left. It's smarter to finish keystone and import from Alberta and invest elsewhere in the economy.

Racist White liberals reacting well to Trump’s massive gains with Latinos - that for some reason they just thought were going to forever vote Democrat:

Where are all the memes about whites losing power?  Lol lol.

MAGA is not unique to one race or gender.  As to the latter you might want to get back to basics and admit there are only 2.

For all the bull ***t about “oh I’m voting so my daughter has autonomy over her body to kill her baby.”

Yea I voted for my daughter’s actual freedom - to speak, practice her faith, and play sports with other girls.

It's possible. Or it could be that people didn't like her voice. Everyone will have their theories.

But you put two women up against the same man at different times, and they lose. But you put one white man up against the same ma, and he wins. Then you can at least draw a very rough inference of cause. Correct or incorrect.
