Billsfed1 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 That Indy D is lookin suss lol. I don’t know how else to say it. I think the big boys up front dump them on their keisters a lot and we see a solid run game throughout. Cook to me is a natural fit in this game…85 on the ground and 45 through the air. Go Bills! 1 Quote
NoHuddleKelly12 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 Let’s not forget that Kenneth, errr…Ray Davis is such a great complementary piece in our run game, to help wear out Indy—and we need this to happen with our depleted receiver corps currently moonlighting as extras on M*A*S*H! 3 Quote

And Ty Johnson picked up where he left off last season and continues to make big plays on limited snaps. I'd love for the Bills to have a big thumper but this is still the best running back group we've had in a long time. One thing I love about the group is that all 3 backs have the speed to hit home runs. 5 1 1 Quote

Old turds like me will get this but for the younger fans out there who may not understand... Kenneth Davis was a backup RB for the Bills in the early 1990s. M*A*S*H was a TV show about an army medical unit that was on network TV back in the 1970s. Edited November 6 by hondo in seattle 3 2 Quote

wppete Posted November 6 Posted November 6 Right now we have 3 solid RBs on this roster. anyone of them is a threat running and catching the ball. 2 1 Quote

Mister Defense Posted November 6 Posted November 6 (edited) Yes, but don't you want more of Davis too? I said in my prediction against the dolphins to give all of the backs more touches last week, running and catching We see what Davis could do and seemingly almost every time he touches the ball. And Johnson is a dynamic player too. Once the Bills start to use all of their backs more effectively in both the run and pass game, and not just Cook, this offense will take the next steps. If they do that, with Cooper also getting integrated, the Bills will be right up there with the Lions as the best offense in the league. Edited November 6 by Mister Defense 1 Quote

I was at the Jets game where he put up over 100 yards rushing. We crushed the jets that day 1 1 1 Quote
JP51 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 (edited) I am not so sure we are gonna run wild on the colts. Buckner and Stewart look pretty stoudt in the middle. Not that we cant move the ball, but I would take either one of those guys on our Defense. Edited November 6 by JP51 1 Quote
kkim0904 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 I want to see at least 15-20 snaps for Ray Davis. 1 Quote
Dillenger4 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 Oh man I hope you are right OP. The Colts have a very good DL. We will see but I don't expect a huge running game. We can pass on the Colts all day long though... so big game from kincaid, Shakir. But their run D is pretty good. 1 1 Quote
machine gun kelly Posted November 6 Posted November 6 IDK, as McD likes the stable idea of RB’s so all will get opportunities, but it’s not like 1980’s football with a bell cow. On the other hand, it’s been enough weeks with a veteran WR who will be thrust into a larger role, so I’m guessing it’s a Cooper coming out party for the Bills. Quote

Is Copper being integrated to increase electrical conductivity or is it to arrest anyone that gets out of line? Quote

It's true that their rush defense is not good statistically (149.8 ypg), but I believe the bigger advantage for the Bills should be through the air. 2 Quote
