He has contributed a few nice plays near the LoS. As much as I would like to upgrade the position this offseason, he has not been the disaster. On the other side, Rapp is having an outstanding season. Our safety play has been a major surprise. Dare I say that safety play is better this year than last year? I dont think it is better, but Damar is much less noticeable getting beat, out of position and is throwing his body around making tackles... But no I do not think we are getting the Poyer/Hyde Combo this year from Rapp and Hamlin... Quote

We have yet to see what this offense can look like with Kincaid, Coleman, Samuel, and Cooper all healthy and available. Now this could go badly if Brady tries to get everyone involved rather than gameplan for each opponent but we have yet to take the field with our new starting offense in tact. On defense, I don't think we have another level to hit. Milano could shape into form which would help. Getting Smoot and Carter back helps for depth, but I don't see this team suddenly figuring out how to shut down the power run game and make offenses one dimensional. To the first bolded, not only "healthy and available" but also familiar with the offense. I'm referring to Amari Cooper (he's been with the Bills just 7 weeks as of today) and the rookies Keon Coleman and Ray Davis. Also Curtis Samuel and also Mack Hollins are in this offense for the first time having signed with the Bills in March. All 5 of these players can be reasonably expected to more fully integrate into the offense over the final 5 weeks of the season and beyond. To the second bolded, I disagree with you. I think the contributions from the 3 players you named could make a significant difference. 4 hours ago, FireChans said: This is so bad but I’m gonna say something. This is not the most talented team in the Allen era. This is a team with the best vibes in the Allen era. Bills Lions SB feels like destiny. Is it clear that the Lions are better than the Eagles? Even the best teams will go three-n-out once in a while. you realize that statement was made 4-5 wins ago yes? since then we have put a couple full games of solid offense together. and if you look back at who i quoted and why i said it. you would have understood the comment. Generic_Bills_Fan Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago It’s the best bills team relative to the other best teams in the conference imo. A few years ago the bills roster was better but the chiefs were considerably better than they are now Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) It's the best team buffalo has had since 1990 or 1964. Roster and team The 64 team was a juggernaut and went 13-2 1st in offense and defense. The 90 team was great but didn't win the championship unfortunately. If this bills team finishes 18-2 it will go down as the greatest bills team of all time imo. I don't think it's close honestly. Edited 3 hours ago by Kelly to Allen Quote
