Probably not, especially if you factor in "when close to fully healthy," BUT if we get the #1 seed, we'll have the best chance of any team in this era of winning the Super Bowl entering the playoffs.

You could make a separate case that this is the best Allen we've ever had and that Joe Brady's penchant for playing smallball with quick passes and rushing the football buoys Allen's efficiency so that we are better at winning regular season games and thus have a better shot at a #1 seed.

It's quite a shame that as soon as they eliminate the #2 seed bye the Bills start getting it.

Probably not the best team. I think the 2021 team (13 seconds) was the best team. I do think this team has a ton of potential considering you could be looking at a mostly healthy team in December. I think the Bills match up well with all but the Lions and Ravens. I personally just want the Steelers or Chiefs to knock out the Ravens in the playoffs because I have 0 fear. I think the Bills beat the Chiefs last year in the playoffs in they had a starting LB playing

we have a better QB than the Lions and Ravens.  I just can't find myself rooting for those two to get knocked out.

I would have settled for a LB that still had NFL level abilities.

And what guy that's available is?

Don’t know, but I just don’t have confidence in him.

he always seems to look lost, deer in the headlights kind of thing.

great coach, seemingly great man, but I just don’t see him winning a SB with this team.

I hope I’m wrong.

Statistically, this is not the best team of the Allen era.  And just looking at the roster, I believe the stats.

But I love the teamwork and camaraderie.  Most of all, I love how we're deep into the season and reasonably healthy.   Injuries - the lack of them - may be the thing that distinguishes this team going forward into the playoffs.

Many of those Brady teams were not their best teams but were the toughest teams and won all those SB...In fact their best team laid the biggest egg in the biggest event.

I think this team has another gear yet to hit on offense.  We have yet to see what this offense can look like with Kincaid, Coleman, Samuel, and Cooper all healthy and available.  Now this could go badly if Brady tries to get everyone involved rather than gameplan for each opponent but we have yet to take the field with our new starting offense in tact.

On defense, I don't think we have another level to hit.  Milano could shape into form which would help. Getting Smoot and Carter back helps for depth, but I don't see this team suddenly figuring out how to shut down the power run game and make offenses one dimensional.

This is so bad but I’m gonna say something.

This is not the most talented team in the Allen era.

This is a team with the best vibes in the Allen era.

Bills Lions SB feels like destiny.

Yes.  Only position that is less is safety.  Benard and Milano can do more them Tremaine.  The Dline is improved.  Douglas and Benford are better than White and Wallace/Jackson.  Best oline, best running back room.   Better at Te.  With Cooper I think the Wr room is deeper than ever before. Also, much bigger.  Shakir and Samuel are the smallest and both are 5”11 and 6 ft.  Compared to Beasley and Mckenzie.  Cooper, Shakir, Coleman, Samuel and Hollins are all solid.

I don't think we have put a full game of Solid offense out there yet to see if we are better than 2020.

We have the pieces, its just going to take time with this scheme, with healthy players to see a

final product.  THEN and only then we will know.

One of the downsides of being a great team is unrealistic expectations. Even the best teams will go three-n-out once in a while.

For some reason I trust our defense more than ever.. and that's strange considering i was super critical of Damar Hamlin being our starter in the secondary. I was like this is going to be a sh*t show back there.  And now I trust all our D to get it done when it matters.  Just stay healthy, that's the biggest thing that will derail any playoff push.

Legit question... ask me in February... preferably late Feb... I will say this the brooding and pan face is gone, they look like they are having fun again.

Damar has done a good job of playing within himself.  Be the last man back and don't let anyone get behind you.  He has contributed a few nice plays near the LoS.  As much as I would like to upgrade the position this offseason, he has not been the disaster.  On the other side, Rapp is having an outstanding season.  Our safety play has been a major surprise.  Dare I say that safety play is better this year than last year?

This isn't the best statistical team, but part of that is because of their efficiency and the reduction in turnovers.

The Bills haven't needed to go up and down the field to score and the D is playing opportunistically despite giving up yards in chunks.

I think the RB room is the best the Bills have had with Allen.

I think the Oline is the best it's been.

I think Allen is the best he's been.

CB and Dline could also make an argument.

Other areas are still improving and if we can get past the divisional round it could very well be the best Allen team so far
