Indy sits at 4-5 fighting for a chance to keep their playoffs hope alive. Another team that has their backs against the wall. Also a team that has gotten healthier with the return of Taylor and Buckner. Throw in its on the road and I’m expecting another tough game for the Bills.

Flacco looked dreadful last night but expecting him to start as he gives INDY their best chance at winning.  They have playmakers on offense but stopping JT will be key.

Bills offense needs to get out of the gates early, score points and put extra pressure on Indy to rely on Flacco vs JT beating them. Put Flacco in 3rd and long and I like our chances. Indy’s DL and LB group is their strength but their secondary can be exploited.

Bills D has to be better this week in stopping the run and SACKING the QB.

Get out of Indy with the W and stay healthy!

The Bills offense left a lot of points on the board yesterday. I don't expect they'll do that next week. Take care of business, boys.

Another team with their season on the line that will give us their best shot. Flacco still has a cannon but is a statue. Should be able to get him on the ground.  I think the Bills will be more stout against the run and probably play Rapp closer to LOS.

This would be a nice week to see some creative safety or CB blitzes off the edge.

I think Indy is a decent team. Definitely need to show up and play well (unlike say…the Titans where we only needed to show up for like 1.5 quarters).

So you're saying they're desperate...

If Flacco has time he can still do some damage. And with the way our run defense has been for the most part this year...JT could put up 150+. They're not a great team...but they could be a bad matchup.

I expect a win but wouldn't be shocked if this is their "we were supposed to win" game that we drop.

Ethan, I can see some big nickel with Hamlin to the bench on certain packages like 1st and 10.  I’m not worried about Indy.  8-2 would be some nice momentum with a 5 game win streak after a first 3 streak.  As long as we have Cooper and Be ford back, we should be fine.  I hate Coleman possibly being out, but Cooper would offset it.

They will get some rushing with Taylor back, but I’ll give up 130 yards vs. 300 passing from Flacco.  He looked terrible last night.  On the other hand another week off amd Cooper better, he has more skills and experience than our rookie.  This should be a good passing game for us.  What many are thinking, we need to get out of the gate faster as that mutes a rushing team.  I’m not worried at all with their passing game against our nickel defense.

The good news is we may get back Milano by SF or the rams.

I think we'll have a decent game against Indy.

Miami this past week was a horrible matchup for us......they were playing for their season; they were playing for pride, and they arguably have the fastest O in the league. How do you properly defend against them when if you commit to the run, they can lob bombs and stretch the field with Hill and Waddle. You basically have to pick your poison with them.

If we can make Indy one dimensional and put some heat on Flacco, we'll be fine

Gotta beat lesser teams like this regardless of situation.  Just cause their backs are against the wall doesn’t make it ok to lose to teams like Indy

I agree but I don't expect a blow out. How many people predicted Miami would be a multiple TD win? Just win and stay as healthy as possible

Not so fun fact is that if we beat the Colts the Bengals will be one step closer to make the PO (I think they make it over Broncos and Colts eventually)

Doesn't matter tho, just keep winning.

Btw Colts are the last team in AFC that Josh has never beaten in regular season - missed 2018 game due to injury and I don't think I have to mention that 2021 debacle :)

Would love to see that but creativity and McDermott are not usually used in the same sentence. Right or wrong McD has a philosophy and he sticks with it. He is not afraid to dial up a few wrinkles occasionally. He will blitz the linebackers and a few times a year he will send Johnson on a blitz.

I actually would like to see Bishop get some snaps at safety in the box.

4-3 sounds intriguing but how do you take Taron off the field??? He's playing at an All-Pro level and is the second best player on the team.

I watched them a little and it seemed like they had some good interior defensive line play.

Looking at Stewart and Buckner we are not gonna put it up between the Tackles... Brady gonna need to get a little creative here....  Get up early, pressure Flacco

Yes… I watched their  game yesterday … this was definitely their strength…they were regularly getting to Darnold …

Their O wasn’t great ..their one TD was the result of a fumble recovery/ return …Taylor was very well contained and Flacco might finally have gone one year too long( let’s hope anyway..)
