Speaking of Jerry—- could he fire his coach?

What they need is for Jerruh to fire himself. He’s just a step up from Haslam, imo. Regardless, we will continue to hear all about the Cowboys every day, whether we want to or not.

Probably Cleveland after the season.

Haslam doesn't like stability, he's the AFC 's Jerry Jones.

I actually think that the one thing Jerry does is he sticks with coaches too long. I mean I know there are only 32 jobs in the NFL but the jobs that are going to be open aren't very attractive. Giants, Jets, and Saints with their aging salary cap strapped roster aren't attractive at all.

As unlikely as it is, I would dump Brady for Stefanski in nano second.

Thankfully the Bills' brass would not do that, are not stupid.

With the Bills having the 5th most points per game this year.

And being 13-3 in the regular season since Brady took over.

We can all thank our lucky stars the Bills would never be that ignorant, that illogical.  That is what bad teams do, make stupid moves that don't make any sense.

How can anyone not think Brady has done a superb job?  And this year, with a revamped offense, not only not missing a beat, but becoming even better, more diverse, more physical and dynamic on offense. And Allen having one of his best years.

i kinda agree and kinda don't, im a silly fence sitter!

i was mad at brady for how useless we were vs houston and baltimore, but (sadly now injured, along w a lot of other talent, what else is new) cooper solves some of that IMO.  but, brady has been our best performing coach over the duration.  our o was pretty sick last playoffs, it took some big mistakes by diggs et al to sink us on that side of the ball, and the two games above aside, the O has been hyper hyper efficient.

My brother in law, a Bears season ticket holder, is hoping they will fire their coach now after yesterday’s game.

I mean it’s pretty inexcusable to give up a Hail Mary gw with one of your DBs not paying attention at all then turn around and give up a 53 yard TD run with 5 seconds left in the first half in the very next game

These ones will probably be open too...

LV, DAL, NYG, CHI, JAX

All of them have some massive warts though - Chicago is probably the most attractive option.

Leslie Frazier might get his shot to be a HC again...

Why blame the HC?

Because the HC oversees everything. If that’s the case the HC is excused from everything except time management. McDermott should then not be blamed for 13 seconds, the Broncos 12 men game or the decision to throw 3 times in the Texans game

Bad teams like the Chiefs pushing Eric Bieniemy out and replacing him with Matt Nagy? Or the 12-4 Chiefs firing their DC for Steve Spagnuolo?

Good is the enemy is Great, and it has never been so well illustrated as watching everyone with Battered Bills Fan Syndrome being happy to stick with coaches out of fear that it could be worse.

Yall treat every suggestion of getting better as a direct insult to the current guy. Brady has done a good job so far, I actually like him a lot. Doesnt mean we cant do better or shouldnt be looking to do so.

But it could get worse. There are many examples of teams making terrible coaching swaps. The chiefs just so happen to have Andy Reid as HC.

What is worse? NOT winning a Super Bowl?

With Josh on the team we arent winning less than 9-10 games even if I were the head coach. And given the state of the rest of our Division, we should have a seat at that table every year. Not being arrogant or entitled, just realistic. The Division stinks and we dont, and it's ours to lose. So the bare minimum of "making the playoffs" is pretty much a given.

And then if the new coach gets bounced early, well, it didnt work out but at least we werent spinning our wheels hoping McDermott magically changes into something he is obviously not.

Possibly, but that would be stupid IMHO.

I thought Woody Johnson had that locked up?

Haslam is certainly a "top 3 buffoon."

He made the Manziel pick, made the Watson signing. Yikes.
