I sometimes wonder if Clark purposely falls from the roof when decorating 😂

I so did that once, but it was a ladder... my Dad was a Christmas light freak... I hate putting up lights to this day, we finished the house and now he want to go outside in a blizzard has me hanging off this ladder by one foot to get the lights to the top of the tree and I am like you have got to be kidding me... so my Mom sees this and opens the door and says to my Dad, do you really need to do this now... so frozen, tired and hungry I purposely tipped the ladder and fell off into a snow bank that was 3 feet deep.... pooof and my Mother was like ok thats enough get in here! My Dad was like NO this is the perfect time didnt you see if he falls he is just gonna fall into a snow bank!.... My Dad lost that one and went inside... and as we are walking in he is like ... You did that on purpose! I smiled and said Yup! and he was like... LOL well played son... well played... :)

Whether Samuel is still hurt or not, good to see him make at least a few plays today.  With Coleman, Cooper and now Kincaid out, Allen needs all the help he can get in having some options to throw to.

Good lord this rag tag team of WRs is not enough without Kincaid.  Samuel has to step up BIG or we might as well not play next week.  Really hope at least Cooper is back next week.

I saw Josh trying to force feed throws into Samuel which didn't work. One resulted in a pick. Yeah it's good to see Curtis get a some targets (out of necessity) but he and Josh have ZERO Chemistry right now.

Samuel seems like one of these players you think will break out every week and he never does.  He had one good catch and a few other receptions against the Colts but you’d expect more.

Have injuries hampered his progress?  Maybe.   But given his contract it just doesn’t seem like the Bills have gotten much ROI.

That pick was all on Josh, you couldn’t have started down a receiver more than that.

the data with brady, just over a season of games, show's that we are at our best when we run the ball well, use motion, have 1 TE on the field, hit underneath stuff to rbs in the passing game, and use multiple concepts in passing to allow josh to find the open man.  two TEs (im not counting the extra OL being eligible), traditional screens, too many formations and no motion, underneath stuff to wrs (except shakir, he's our surest target no matter where he is) and gadget stuff basically sucks for us.

samuel seems to only be used in the second list above.  he might suck, but he's been used in in ways that we stink at anyhow.

we also need play action.  we are so so much better with play action than without it makes me wonder what brady is doing sometimes.  i think his biggest weakness is essentially his play selection and timing.  he's got plays that work wonders (anything on 3rd or 4th and short or near the goal line that goes to the edge, for example) but he dials up gadgets (baltimore), straight drop back deep passes (late houston), qb draws (so many wasted downs near the goal line with poorly done ones right into the teeth of the D), bad tendencies (runs on first down), and gets way to far away from whats working be it a given back or play action.

i think samuel is basically a free agent bust for us, but can be salvaged if brady figures out his play calling just a little bit more effectively.

if we are down cooper, coleman, and kinkaid vs kc we are gonna need a stellar performance from brady to have a chance and samuel will have to end up being a plus player for us.
