The Jokeman Posted Monday at 01:31 AM Posted Monday at 01:31 AM It's kinda scary what could be on the forefront if can get and stay healthy. As despite getting bottled up in the running game and missing Coleman and Kincaid we still scored on arguably the best defense in the league. 6 Quote
loyal2dagame Posted Monday at 01:46 AM Posted Monday at 01:46 AM A healthy Samuel in this offense is dangerous. I'm feeling alot better about the "harder" part of our schedule. 4 1 Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted Monday at 01:48 AM Posted Monday at 01:48 AM Considering Allen missed him on a couple of easy open throws, his game could have been even better. Definitely coming on at the right time! 2 1 Quote
Malazan Posted Monday at 01:50 AM Posted Monday at 01:50 AM They've got the rest of the exhibition games to keep working on it. Quote
VW82 Posted Monday at 01:56 AM Posted Monday at 01:56 AM Turns out you can recover from turf toe. Who knew? This receiving room is starting to look a lot more dangerous. Also, that much maligned contract is looking less dangerous. 4 Quote
Nephilim17 Posted Monday at 06:06 AM Posted Monday at 06:06 AM Good to see he was very humble and team oriented in the post-game presser, saying "watch out when everyone comes back..." Not every WR (cough, Steph, cough) would have that attitude of team first when the season hasn't gone their way after so many games. Hopefully Brady can use him a lot more and we've got some WR depth going forward. 2 1 Quote

So glad Curtis is finally breaking out. 1 Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted Monday at 06:37 AM Posted Monday at 06:37 AM If Curtis was dealing with Turf Toe and/or hadn't gotten the trust or chemistry of Josh yet and both of those are settled - with Coleman coming on before the injury and the addition of Amari Cooper, to go along with Khalil Shakir continuing his success from the end of last year.... don't look now but this WR core can be DANGEROUS! 1 1 Quote

Get Cooper and Coleman healthy, get the bye, and this team is gonna do damage and don't forget Kincaid...Hopefully his knee injury is something small. 3 hours ago, BillsFanForever19 said: If Curtis was dealing with Turf Toe and/or hadn't gotten the trust or chemistry of Josh yet and both of those are settled - with Coleman coming on before the injury and the addition of Amari Cooper, to go along with Khalil Shakir continuing his success from the end of last year.... don't look now but this WR core can be DANGEROUS! It could actually be the best...and throw in catching capabilities of Cook/Davis/Johnson along with Kincaid/Knox. 1 Quote

Luckily the other guys picked up the slack and we didn't need you this week. 🙂 Samuel, Coleman, and Cooper have VERY LITTLE time on task with Josh. That critical chemistry is still a work in progress. We have not seen the best of this offense by a long shot. 1 2 Quote
WotAGuy Posted Monday at 11:15 AM Posted Monday at 11:15 AM If they can just get Shavers going, this WR room will loudly get better. 1 7 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted Monday at 11:45 AM Posted Monday at 11:45 AM He made some nice plays with catches downfield. Early in the year everything was at or behind the LOS. Seems like he was used differently last night. Maybe because Coleman was out. Hopefully they recognize this and still use him downfield. Getting Cooper, Coleman, and Samuel to stretch the field will make it much easier for Shakir, Knox, Kincaid, and the RBs underneath. Quote

starrymessenger Posted Monday at 01:36 PM Posted Monday at 01:36 PM The turf toe narrative makes sense to me just based on the eye test before and after yesterdays game. 1 Quote

It's starting to look like a solid group....an unexpected development from a month or two ago Cooper more time in offense, already paying off vs man coverage. Potential for monster game at any time. Shakir is elite YAC. Just so solid. Coleman quickly growing Samuel looked more explosive last night than he has all year. A handful of big time plays including drawing DPI Hollins is forcing fans to like him with his play and critical catches Edited Monday at 01:39 PM by Warriorspikes51 1 Quote
BMWR100RT Posted Monday at 08:13 PM Posted Monday at 08:13 PM It's sort of good Samuel got hurt. I'm guessing Beane doesn't go after Cooper if there are more performances earlier in the season like Samuel had yesterday. Now we seem deep. 1 Quote
