And a 5th one being wiped out by Coleman dropping a easy TD lol 1 Quote

QB's having great games and throwing 39 passes will have a couple that look ugly. In a game where the Bills won and Allen played fantastic these misfires, that did not come close to being TO's, are not worthy of noting. 1 Quote

I'm just pointing out some bad passes were made, calm down Francis I still love JA17. Quote

Again he had a fine day but some of his passes weren't is all I'm saying. Missing like 4 passes short on 39 attempts is not even worth noting. He was down his #1 WR, our run game was pretty meh, and the pressure was on him all game long to keep up in a shootout. In that context he did not have a "fine day." He was brilliant. I'm probably being overly defensive, I just don't get the standards for QB play around here. Like I said, watch a Chiefs game or a Ravens game with the same critical eye and count how many passes the QBs are off. 2 2 2 Quote

Yes, Mahomes and Lamar have looked just as bad. I guess I want JA17 to be perfect as want him to get himself a MVP and of course lead us to a Super Bowl win. Quote

But every single great QB has a few bad throws every game 1 1 Quote

Instead of wishing Allen met an impossible standard, you should ask why he has to meet that standard to win a Super Bowl when his peers don't. 1 Quote

This has been going on since 2020 when Allen elevated his play to an elite level. Before that in 2018 & 2019 these people came at Allen from all sides insisting that he was a bust. Then when Allen took his game to another level these people had to change their tactics and resort to snipping at him over what were often trivial things. Like today - gee, Allen had a few bad throws. How can any thinking fan throw that out there in a game where otherwise Allen was brilliant? 1 Quote

You can see him shake his hand then he was crouched down while they called the PI. I think it was the PI on Hollins first half. I saw that play too, but thought it was more late in the game?? Quote

Then you make what has to be one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever heard on 2BD "I guess I want JA17 to be perfect". PERFECT! No NFL player has ever been nor will they ever be PERFECT. 2 Quote

Yeah but when Lamar makes headlines for his perfect passer rating today by throwing 19 passes it makes me sick and you know people gonna use that to say he's better than Josh when we both know he isn't. Allen is never going to beat the media narratives until the team and coaching staff around him is good enough to win a Super Bowl. FWIW nobody in the media cares about his passer rating today. They care that we won the game and he had a miraculous TD pass in the 4th quarter. Nobody is going to remember 4 missed passes because they didn't impact the game at all. 1 Quote

Doesn't bother me in the least. Last week Jackson was average and the Ravens lost to a one win Cleveland team. Some people say Jackson is better then Allen some say Allen is better then Jackson. Most say Mahomes is better then both. But almost all folks say Allen, Mahomes & Jackson are in the top 5 QB's in the NFL. That's enough for me. As long as Allen is leading the Bills to victory and they win their division and advance in the playoffs I am confident that the Bills will win a Super Bowl and Allen will receive the accolades he deserves, 1 minute ago, Simon said: His mental game today was off the charts good. Yep. It appeared he audibled to that throw to Davis when the safety tried to sneak up to the LOS to blitz. Quote
