Whilst I don’t agree with the decision, it’s still a penalty. Yeah great. You can fall for that crap if you want. I much prefer that referees are consistent and don't allow things for part of the game and then decide not too. Quote

Ive stated numerous times about having a problem with officiating of the league in this board. That doesn’t mean something can’t be called a penalty because you, me or others believe they should pocket the flag or choke the whistle. It’s a problem and me pointing out something is a penalty, even though I disagree with them calling it by the other ones they miss through a game shouldn’t be an issue. Quote
Straight Hucklebuck Posted December 9 Posted December 9 I don't know where the Douglas injury was. He comes back in on the one series the Bills forced a punt. 1st and 2nd down the play isn't to his side. 3rd down he is in coverage, the ball is thrown to Kupp on the other side of the field and he jogs through the frame, sees the tackle short of the line marker and starts walking back to the sideline. So in that entire sequence, the only thing you can't see is his back pedal off the snap. He didn't come back in after that snap. Quote

Also seeing what will be said about recent additions: Milano - Hamstring Spencer Brown - ?? Dorian Williams - ?? You're not winning at Detroit without some injuries. Brown looked like a stinger, but it was officially looked at as a head injury. Dorian was an elbow that looked like it got hyperextended in the 2nd quarter Milano was groin on the long throw to St. Brown he jumped up to tip the pass and fell to the ground Samuel banged his shoulder on the 1-yard throw at the goal line Cole was cramps and came back in - he said he was fine after the game I'd keep an eye on Kincaid as well - he took that hard shot on the sidelines and was slow to get up, but he didn't miss any time the rest of the game 1 Quote

He was being protective of it right from the get go. Quote
BuffaloBaumer Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Were there any new injuries today to be concerned about? Quote

BuffaloBaumer Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I thought Allen said in the post game press conference that his hand felt numb but that was due to the funny bone being hit, and it went away after several minutes 2 Quote

Maybe I'm tripping He mentioned in the pressor that it was his left hand last week. He mentioned this week that it was his "funny bone" and that it caused his whole hand to go numb. Anatomically speaking, hitting your "funny bone" is hitting your ulnar nerve, and it's not responsible for sensation in your entire hand, just your pinky and half of your ring finger... Quote

Interesting you say this - I noticed a broadcast shot where Allen was showing a guy on the sideline his pinky finger area. He was pointing at it vigorously and then was squeezing his hand a couple of times. Did anyone else notice this? Quote
