If (or if not) Keon has an injury from the Poyer play both scenarios almost don't matter.

Poyer did him dirty, got flagged per the rules.

It is not a spot foul. Hence, anytime - given the Bills track record with bizarre end of game plays - you can apparently just have a guy lower his head in the endzone on a 60 yard hail mary pass and it won't give opposition 1st and goal at the 1 - if that is the hard and fast rule they follow.

NFL wants to limit helmet-to-helmet however you can still clean someone up with a cheap hit and it won't matter.

It won't matter? That play lost them the game. If that flag isn't throw the Bills are punting the ball back to Miami with two timeouts and more than a minute left.

Idk, I thought that one was worse. There was more time in between the ball going past and the hit coming.

Also worth noting that New York called in to make that ejection.

I guess with  Coleman's head snapping back so badly made it seem worse

SO NY, just ejects Branch with the Lions for a softer hit than what Poyer did earlier?

NFL is so broken.

We knew what agenda the league had with those two first half bs holding calls.

Only reason we got the flag at the end was Poyers hit was too blatant. The other Dolphins defender technically held Coleman's jersey at the collar from behind and got away with it so refs were looking for a way to not call something but Poyer bailed us out.
