Buffalo_Stampede Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Just hoping no IR before the Colts game. That will be the best news. 1 1 Quote
Bray Wyatt Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Its tricky because of our bye I imagine. That doesnt count in the 4 week count for IR I believe. So if its 4 weeks, IR'ing him would keep him out for 5 minimum 1 Quote

I am no doctor but I have "heard" about injuries that partially tears and ultimately the player needs surgery but there is an option to play through it to finish the year and hope further injury does not occur. So there could be ligament and muscle strains/tears that could heal along with a partial tendon or maybe even a complete tendon tear. He has no splint and is not playing while Cooper has a splint and could play....point is there are lots of different injuries you could have that have different treatment regimens. Agree. Didn't Knox try to play through a wrist injury last year and then after a couple games they shut him down for surgery. If surgery is needed, do it now and get him back week 16. Oh and maybe Samuel could decide to show up???? 1 1 Quote

Allen2Moulds Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Kind of hard to catch passes with a banged up wrist. As much as we might need him, we can't risk losing him for the season. We need him against KC in January, not November. Quote
QB Bills Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Honestly, eff Jordan Poyer. Yes, that penalty might have won us the game but still. What an unnecessary and dirty hit that was from that washed-up pylon. The funniest part is that dolphins fans hate him too. 1 1 3 Quote

Listening to mcdermott talk to sal this morning it sounded like more of a long term thing. 2 Quote

Tua was ready to play after 4 weeks but had to miss an extra game because of their bye. Quote

So if he misses this game and they decide to IR he would only need to miss 3 more. Quote

Technically, he took an extra step, launched and led with his helmet. Three strikes. Not dirty though, just a penalty. A dirty hit to me is one that has the intent to injure like in the old nfl when guys would hit each late or low on purpose looking to knock guys out. Quote

Why not keep it as a GTD and make the Colts prep as if he was gonna play? Today is the day for giving players a designation Out - Doubtful - Questionable - -- When a player has DNP with an injury all 3 days, the league would, er, question if the team labeled them "Questionable" 1 Quote
TFBillsfan Posted November 8 Posted November 8 At this point just shut down Cooper and Coleman until the San Fran game. Quote

Of course that was a bit of a dirty hit, but let's be honest, he did that a lot with the Bills as that's his playing style. I don't wish the man well this year as he is on a rival, but Poyer will always go down as a great Bill in my mind 1 Quote
