Fans can take the B off and put it back on as needed and by the week. That is marketing genius!
PrimeTime101
THAT KICK.... THAT KICK right there... THAT KICK makes up for EVERY messup this dude has had in the last year in a half. I was more tearful and happy for him then winning the game. THAT KICK.. Fixed his confidence. THAT KICK.. just told every player on this team that is struggling that they CAN Turn it around. THAT KICK.. Is going to bring this team to the next level. Especially when people get healthy. Ty Tyler 1

Whether it’s because they don’t like Bass or wanted another reason to call for McDermott’s head for continuing to stick with him… I just want you to know you’re all ***** up. Go Bills. Yea nobody wanted him to fail, because that means the Bills fail. he was failing just fine on his own. his job is to make kicks up until that 61 yarder, he was one of the worst this year at doing so and fans were rightfully pissed. 1 1

Lots wanted him to fail for they care more about getting rid of McDermott than winning because "he can't win in playoffs".

But now that he has proven he can hit the long one in a very pressure filled situation, I can hopefully start relaxing my glutes. p.s. I believe that is the Bills franchise record… *confirmed. also the longest ever in the history of our stadium. The Cardinals had a 60 yarder in 2016. No kicker in Bills history ever made a 61-yard field goal. As he prepared to kick, Bass was thinking about how much he loves the sport and that this is what he has dreamed of 1

CaliBills
I actually see his kicks are not slicing like they were in recent past. Yesterday they seemed to be more straight which is how he missed the XP where if he kicks from the middle of the hashes, it goes in. Same with the xp that he hit goal post with. Definitely has been working to get his swing back and corrected.

They use Don't Stop Belevin' as their 7th inning stretch song. Steve Perry is a season ticket holder and if he is at the game, he goes to a spot on the railing in the outfield and lip-synchs to that song and it is show on the jumbotron. TheyCallMeAndy
He’s on pace to go 30-36 this year with a long of 61. I can live with that. Went down a bit of a rabbit hole looking at our kickers since 2004 and where they ranked that year. My take away is this. Since 2004, there are very few (and I mean very few) guys who are Top-10 in FGs made and percentage. If you are among the best in FG made, having an average percentage (~80-85%) is ok. Bass has fallen into this category 4 times already. If you aren’t going to be among the top kicker for kicks attempted, you need to convert a higher percentage.
