Albany,n.y.
I went to a 49ers game in 2022 & paid around $500 for 3 tickets in the 2nd level sidelines, near the endzone. The mass transit is pretty good, drive to a train station & shuttle right to the stadium. When I went to the Super Bowl there, we did a park & ride about a half hour from the stadium & bused in. There really is no need to park there.

TNF is a great example. Extra revenue from an additional prime time game during the week. But the TNF product is relatively poor and it can cannibalize the viewership of other games. The lower quality of product can also have other negative impacts such as hurting the overall brand. It was a good short term play, but I think the jury is out on whether it is a good longer-term one. I bet TNF has been a WILD success both short-term and long term. Viewership is great, I'm sure, and that is not going to change any time soon.
Steptide
Thing is, if tickets don't sell, the price will drop. I get that the little guy is being priced out, but if games are at 60% capacity, those prices will drop real quick

RichRiderBills
Ticket prices are getting insane. Families are priced out. 200-300 dollars per ticket for some run of the mill games. It's not all SF either. We went to Vols/ Gators a couple weeks back 250 per ticket like 1 k for the family for a relatively insignificant game. Too much. benderbender
Inflation isn’t why Ticketmaster is charging separate “convenience fees” and extra charges which double the price of the transaction. Remember when every grocery store blamed prices on covid, and then the stuck cargo ship in the Suez Canal? Both are over but the prices haven’t gone back down.
