The Bills won rest of their games, while the Dolphins dropped three and then the Bills were able to go and finish them on the road to win the division. there is still 8 games/9 weeks for the Buffalo Bills and anything can still happen during that time. Go Bills !!! I think the Bills were a.500 team after suffering a lot of injuries to key players. They were breaking in replacements when they went on their run. They had additional motivation following a hit piece on their coach. Look at it this way: the Bills have 4 remaining home games. They're reasonably healthy, and should be in even better shape with the pending return of Cooper, Benford, and later, possibly Milano by the end of the year. If they win only 2 of their remaining 8 games, the Jets would have to win 7 of their remaining 8, and the Dolphins would need to win 8 of 9 to overtake the Bills. Unless catastrophic injuries hit the Bills, and the Dolphins or Jets suddenly turn into Popeye on spinach, any of the scenarios, though not impossible, are highly unlikely. I'm not a gambler, but given even odds, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to put 1k on the Bills making the tournament. 2 1 Quote

Defense isn't going to win a ton of games by itself against good offenses. It's also extremely stressful to watch. That is because they have tried to lean into the offense. Other than the Dline the rest of this defense is: two 3rd at linebacker; a 3rd and a 6th at corner; a 4th at nickel; a 2nd round bust reclamation and a 6th at safety. Okay there are two 1sts and a 2nd on the Dline. But otherwise there isn't a ton of draft investment in that group. Conversley the O room now has: a 1st at QB; a 1st and the first pick of the 2nd at wide receiver; a 5th at slot; a 1st at tight end and a 2nd at running back; two 2nds, two 3rds and a 5th on the oline. There was a point when Josh was the only high pick on the O. They have flipped that. 1 Quote

It’s how we play Defense! Tua’s quick release and surrendering runs makes it look bad, but did we win?? I don’t like it much either, but it undeniably WORKS. I’m the biggest Bills homer of all time. Last week, playing a base nickel with the same personnel (minus Benford), we shut the run down completely. The defense wasn’t good yesterday and getting gashed like we did wasn’t part of the strategy. This doesn’t mean we stink and can’t beat a good team. It just means they had a bad defensive game but won anyway. 1 Quote

Do we really want our DBs being the last line of defense against that BEAST or have our front seven corralling him? Quote

Everyone around me was stunned they were going for such a long kick. Don’t recall how quiet it was before he kicked, but dang that ball took forever to get through the uprights! Sitting upper deck, Bills side I can never see if the kick goes through until the refs through up their arms. It was a low roar by those that could actually see it was good, then mayhem when it was official! Freaking awesome. I did chill for a moment after the kick looking for flags though… 4 1 1 Quote

This board would have destroyed him if Bass had missed and the Dolphins had gone on to win. "You let a guy who missed one extra point and almost missed another, a guy who has been struggling all year, try a career-long attempt, when you have a future HOF at QB who could have thrown a Hail Mary?" It was a gutsy call. 6 Quote

Always said, we should be donating directly to each other. love yall. Go Bills 1 hour ago, Johnny Bravo said: I’m the biggest Bills homer of all time. People acting like this same group wasn't the best O in the game last year, they have weapons galore, Tua stays healthy ,alot of teams will have a bad defensive game, we were missing CB1 as well. Division Win. let's enjoy!!!! 1 Quote

Heft to stop the run but also some movement abilities to rush the passer. I'm surprised Tua missed any throws with the amount of time he had. He could have eaten a sandwich back there most of the time. And it's not like the Dolphins were in max protect. Most of the time (from what I could tell), it was four rushing five, meaning at least three of our players were one one one--and couldn't get home even once. I didn't look at the stats, but was there a single pressure from any of them? 10 hours ago, boyst said: You're. Also a comma error by the OP. Tsk, the board is going to pieces. 2 1 Quote

The guy had 2 TD passes dropped; was hit with an INT that had nothing to do with him and then had a fantastic 25 yard TD run nullified by a ticky tack holding call. And in spite of this he threw for 3 TD's including an amazing 3rd TD pas in which this is what it looked like as he released the ball: Allen was elite today. In the end, you have to trust your own eyes and ignore the chatter. Allen can make crazy throws like this on the same day Mahomes throws two interceptions and Lamar throws to wide-open receivers, and... Well, you know the rest. We know what we got, and that's all that really matters. 1 Quote

When I first realized his shin was down before the knee, it was hard to watch exactly when the shin went down and where the ball was at the same time. So I'm guessing the realization that he was down before the knee touched was the impetus for the challenge. 1 Quote

Didn't the Jets win a game Thursday night cuz the WR's shin hit the ground causing him to be down in bounds? Probably why we challenged IMHO. Even with the shin he had already made the line to gain. That was obvious after watching the replay one time. Edited November 4 by Billz4ever 1 Quote

Other people who want to say he must have ignored what they told him are letting their hate get in the way of reason imo Edited November 4 by stevewin 1 Quote

Watching the play real time he did look short with the shin hitting but replay was clear the spot was perfect it was a turning point play if it gets overturned so I see the risk reward but i think it’s still a bad challenge Quote
