The broadcast cut to him with the flag out before any replay was shown. Absolutely ridiculous. I could see him saying “was he down?” into hid mic a few seconds before he threw the flag 1 Quote

They basically give teams the run and force them to go with 10+ play drives where they have to make no mistakes. Today miami did that. Credit miami. That is one of the fastest most talented offenses in the league. Its not how, it's how many and right now its 7-2. onward and upward. THANK YOU! Christ! All the beotching here about the run Defense tells me many of you don’t know what’s going on. It’s how we play Defense! Tua’s quick release and surrendering runs makes it look bad, but did we win?? I don’t like it much either, but it undeniably WORKS. 3 Quote

It works when the offense carries its weight and the FG kicker does his job. Defense isn't going to win a ton of games by itself against good offenses. It's also extremely stressful to watch. 1 1 Quote

What's the point of hiring John parry if he's gonna give McDermott the green light to challenge that Do we know what Parry said? Maybe he said something like "It's a coin flip" 2 hours ago, Blank Stare said: So cool how quiet the crowd was in the stadium until it went through. Must’ve been awesome live. They gave up way too much on the ground and got zero pressure on the QB all day. Let's at least acknowledge that. That's not going to get the job done against good teams. I don’t acknowledge that. Giving them run plays was exactly our gameplan. Tua is too quick with his release to expect a strong pass rush. The only that didn’t go as planned was horrible calls that took TDs off the board and we still scored 30. Acknowledge this. 1 Quote

No guarantees, but a 4+ game lead in the division at mid-season is a pretty strong lead. 2) It basically finished the Dolphins for 2024. So sad too bad. 3) It gave the Bills some playoff breathing room as the schedule gets harder coming up. Over the next 5 games the Bills travel to Indy (4-4), host KC (7-0) and SF (4-4) before traveling to LAR (3-4) and Det (6-1). 5) It illustrated that the Bills can win close games and and can win without their "A" game. 6) It also illustrated that the Bills have things to work on and can get even better. Our rushing defense still needs significant work. We are also razor thin in the D backfield. 7) Despite missing the extra point, Bass' kick should give Bass more confidence and the Bills & the fans more confidence in him. That kick would have been good from 70. I agree with everything except point 4. 3 1 Quote

Even if the Jets win 4 and the Bills lose their remaining games (highly unlikely), it would still depend on division record. Bills are now 3-0, Jets 1-2. Meaning that 3 of Jet wins would be the rest of the division including Bills just to have more win within division. After that, there’s all the other tie-breaker scenarios. AFC wins, common opponents, etc etc This is fun to ponder, but ridiculous at the same time. For any combination of 4 (Bills wins, Jet losses) to actually happen with 8 and 9 games remaining is unimaginable. The Bills are shoe-ins to be in the playoffs for the 7th time in 8 years. But yeah, as some here state after every loss, let’s hope McDermott is fired🙄 Quote
Chandler#81 Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Josh Allen (184) passes Joe Ferguson (181) for 2nd most career TD Passes today. Only Jimbo is ahead of him. Sean McDermott becomes the 13th HC to win 80 games in his 1st 8 seasons. 3 Quote

I can't imagine that came from him watching the replay in the booth, so that must have been McD all on his own. I'm not. Looked to me like his shin was down before the football got to the line to gain. Didn't the Jets win a game Thursday night cuz the WR's shin hit the ground causing him to be down in bounds? Probably why we challenged IMHO. Edited November 4 by reddogblitz 1 Quote

The Bills won rest of their games, while the Dolphins dropped three and then the Bills were able to go and finish them on the road to win the division. there is still 8 games/9 weeks for the Buffalo Bills and anything can still happen during that time. Go Bills !!! 2 Quote

Puts a lot of pressure on O to be perfect. And they were in the second drive. Long drives keep them off they field and if they ain’t stopping them from points it makes it worse Quote
