Honestly a devastating loss for Miami. They threw everything they had at Goliath with the season on the line and still fell just short.

Imagine playing as well as you could and it STILL not being enough...

You either get your doors blown off or you lose a close game when you play exceptionally well.

The commentator doesn’t sound as enthused as he did for Miami.

Hahah exactly what I said in the pre game thread.

Harlin is noticeably a dolphins fan

Miami is soooooo cursed against us.

Their message board is hysterical right now

Wasn't there a thread after the first Miami game that was just quotes from their board and links to videos of fans melting down?  We need one of those again.

Any good team that wants to commit to the run against us can do it... You know KC will, the 49ers, the Lions... I don't know what the solution is. You don't want to give up big plays, I get it, but giving up an 8 minute 97 yard TD drive isn't much better. I think we might need to trade for a big DT. Daquan has fallen off hard and Oliver gets pushed around.

The second quarter was over in the blink of an eye thanks to drives like that.

Derrick Henry probably has a record setting day against our run D today.

I don't know that I have ever seen back-to-back holding calls like that in my life, at any level.

I'm never the "blame the ref" guy but those two plus the non-interference call against Coleman were atrocious.  Incredibly bad and extremely impactful.

My Grandson and I flat lost it on Bass's 61 harder.  That SOB had at least 5 more yards.

Where the hell did that come from?

He always had a crazy strong leg. His accuracy has been his issue.

So, with the Bills defense playing so bad today, the Dolphins actually scored TOO easily at the end if the game. It left enough time on the clock to get into position to try the field goal.

I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but at the time I was happy the Dolphins scored as soon as they did..giving the Bills one more shot at the win.

It's so easy as a fan to take the humanity out of sports. Nice reminder that they're people too. Powerful stuff.

More lucky than good

I don’t think a ball clanking off your receiver near the goal line for an INT and a td taken off the board for virtually no reason is particularly lucky 😂. That should’ve been a fairly comfortable shootout win imo even with all Miami was doing on offense

the fumble recovery really wasn’t even luck…Miami fumbles constantly

My concern was DQ. he ain't right. and it matters.

Great win! I know some of it is by design, but we really need to shore up this run defense. I wish they’d get a big space eater in here like last year with Linval Joseph. I know we can’t/shouldnt take Taron off the field, but I wouldn’t be against occasionally playing the third linebacker when nothing is working. If

100% agree.  Our biggest need is still DT, which is frustrating.

Fortunately Carter looks serviceable.  But these injuries up front are getting brutal

Carter is injured right ? Dewayne has been rather serviceable for sure

Give Tua credit, he played a great game.

Mad respect. Big tip of the hat to Tua.

The injuries stink but the real problem is that our two highly paid starters have been a big disappointment this year. DQ I kind of expected this and was against the signing, Oliver on the other hand I have no idea what's going on with him.

Going for 2 would've been meaningless. Result is the same, but bills win by 2 instead of 3. You only go for 2 if theres seconds left

That was my fear when they started the drive, they would run down the clock inside 30 seconds and score, go for 2 and essentially end the game.

When they scored with so much time left the 2point play came off the table, I believed we were gonna win at that point.

I knew it would be a very close game.  Love it that Bass won it for them.

I'm always nervous about division games. Especially the second meeting.
