He is less effective against the run...teams either let him run past the play with some delay handoffs, or constantly wash him out with wham blocks.

 

He held his own on a zone run, but no one was there for the cut back.

They're missing the point.  If the QB dives or slides to give themselves up, it's the ball at the start of the slide or dive.  This has half a chance of working, but with this ref crew, no way.
