I thought we have a ref on our payroll to stop us from challenging dumb things to lose time outs

Right???  If anything we’ve gotten even worse in that regard this season.

Now if a shin counts as a "body part" to satisfy a catch, it should make a runner down.

Especially when it was a slide by a QB. Yet I don't think it will get reversed

His shin was down his shin was down!!! Lol

Counted for the Jets the other night. Of course it won’t count for us today. Count on that.

They're missing the point.  If the QB dives or slides to give themselves us, it's the ball at the start of the slide or dive.  This has half a chance of working, but with this ref crew, no way.

What are you talking about. That is only when they slide not when they dive

Will be close. Not sure if they count the shin. It looks like it touches the grass before the line to gain. Tough challenge though as it was ruled a 1st down.

If you were going to call a TO anyway to get set for redzone, then I am fine with it. refs are not overturning that aside from seeing the Bills d line get held.

So it should be spotted when his shin touched, not his knee.

Still was past the first down anyway.

This team NEVER gets a stop when we need it. I feel bad for Josh. What a stupid challenge too it’s not even close. McDermott on game day is just a ***** zero

Isn't there supposed to be someone in the booth preventing the bad challenges?

Does McD tell him shush, I got this?

I was wondering about this he’s well short if this is the rule

The ref crew doesn't make the call. nFL officiating head quarters makes the call. Also, it's where the first body part hits on a dive, not specifically where he starts the dive.

He wasn't giving himself up, he was diving forward to make yards

Like him or hate him, the fact he’s return from another concussion against the team he suffered it against and he’s still diving forward like that? Respect.

That's the exact moment VIN is needed and he can't get it done

An inside move there instead of his patented rush 40 yds up field woulda prevented that scramble
